We were extremely pleased with our room and the service we experienced during our stay.  The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet.  We enjoyed a nice breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, and toast.  The breakfast room attendant was friendly and attentive.  We'll stay again when we visit Lethbridge and highly recommend the Ramada.

My friend went to check in to the hotel and I was going to pay with my credit card. And the front desk lady said 100 for the room deposit and that is fine and then when I said I was paying for it she like.oh it's 200.00  then she like she cant stay here if you are not staying in the hotel... like what the heck is with that.. she was very rude. I will never let any friends or family stay there. And they lost out on a 2 night stay..

A bit dated and very clean and quiet! For us it was wonderful. The price was great, very friendly staff. The breakfast person made our day, a very happy soul.

So I just booked a room wich I have in the past at this hotel and used my koho card for the credit card.  Now this young girl at the till would not accept my koho card or contact a manager to discuss ferther options.  So she just looks at me and say I will just cancel it....    hhhhmmm    this generation is this lazy that they can not contact management to discuss how to proceed...    very very poor service.  I stay in hotels alot and this is the first experience with this matter. What are we raising as our next generation of workers. I heven have 700 cash in my hand and this is also no good. ..   what a joke...   I will never spend money at this location again. Manager should contact me and resolve this issue...    also it's funny that my card is accepted online to book the room but she has no drive to come up with any situation...nVery poor service...

1 - Broken elevator They lied to us when making a reservation saying that it was already fixedn2 - Our room's AC didn't work on the hottest day of the weekn3 - No body wash & shampoo on our room's bathroomnnOverall, it was an extremely unpleasant stay, I slept for 4 hours only. Find yourself a better place please
