Was blown away by value for money here! Stayed in one of the suites and was really impressed by the design and materials. Clean and comfortable. Beds very nice. Front desk staff are some of the most welcoming I have dealt with. Had a minor issue with the room and Kristine couldn’t have been more kind and accommodating to get it sorted out. Was staying for business and will always stay here when in lethbridge!

I just wanted to write a quick review about a staff member that went above and beyond!  I was checking out on Tuesday, November 12th in the morning.  I realized I forgot my toothpaste and was trying to buy some from the vending machine but it wasn't working with my card and their ATM was also down, so I couldn't take out cash.  I went to the front desk and the very lovely woman there explained that the hotel doesn't own the vending machines, but said she would come over and try to help me.  We tried a few times with my card and it sill wouldn't work.  Then, she kindly pulled out her own wallet and offered me a five-dollar bill!!  It didn't end up working it seems the vending machine wasn't working in its entirety, but I thought it was so kind she was willing to give a stranger money from her own wallet so I could buy some toothpaste.  So thank you so much, that was very nice of you!

Really impressed by the service at the front desk! They originally put me in a room that was near the elevator and it was too loud for my son to sleep and without hesitation they moved me to another room. Super clean and comfortable beds too. Super gorgeous inside and the pool is great!

Love this place, we travel here couple times a year, we tried a few other hotels but this place is top notch. Clean rooms super friendly staff, reasonable cost. Plus there's a great liquor store across the street, German deli there as well.

I typically stay at a Sandman Hotel if it is in the city that I am traveling to for a reason - their beds are the most comfortable I have ever experienced in a hotel. I also find the service to be much better than other hotel chains and they have a great pool area.nnUnfortunately, my July 7th stay was not for leisure or vacation so I was unable to really enjoy the amenities this time. I arrived at about 10:00 p.m. after a 12-hour drive from BC for enough time to get a good night's sleep before hitting the road again to head to Ontario as my father have had a stroke and I was unable to fly at that time.  I really appreciate that the day manager was able to get me a disposable toothbrush as I had packed in such a hurry that I had not realized that I had failed to pack a toothbrush. Thank you.nnI just wish I would have been able to enjoy the amenities a bit more as it really did look nice. I really wish that there were some sort of services at the hotel for people arriving late though as all the restaurants seem to close quite early in Lethbridge.nnPer usual, as a person with a back disability, I was very grateful that I was able to have a good night's sleep on a very comfortable bed.nnJust one thing to note, although there is parking in the back, it is not entirely suitable for people with disabilities to use as it is quite distant from the back doors and getting in is a bit difficult if your hands are full while using a cane for stability. I know the night clerk thought that she was being helpful by suggesting the back but I probably would have had an easier time going through the front doors.
