Very very bad experience,we have. Yesterday we visit emergency,around 1:35 noon with our son under 2 year . And stay till 8 pm but not seen a doctor. My child fed up and started crying,I asked nurse when possible to see doctor? She said before you 5 more patient.nWhat a service they provide. They need to learn meaning of Emergency,I don't think so they know how to manage patients.nWe left a hospital without seen a doctor.nSad to say , Canada need to approve hospital waiting system, they think they are provided world best medical but sorry they don't.

Probably the slowest hospital I’ve ever visited. It started with the lady at reception—super rude. The waiting time online said 3 hours, but after waiting 5 hours, I asked the nurse at the desk how much longer I had to wait. She said they were dealing with a cardiac arrest, and the wait would be longer, as there were 9 more people ahead of me. By then, the pain was less than the hunger and weakness from sitting for hours on a chair. As an injured person, I decided to leave and deal with my pain at home, since the painkillers were wearing off, and the pain was coming back with no end in sight. The Misericordia Hospital SAVED MY LIFE!nCame in with respiratory distress and ultimately respiratory failure with prognosis not being favorable at all yet here I am, a little over a month after discharge, given another opportunity at life.nForever grateful to all involved in my care.

Thanks to all nurses in Emergency. You did a great job and was really professional and kind to me. I know how job with people for long hours can be stressful and overwhelming, so I appreciate the attitude.
