Staff is efficient and most are courteous. Overall a good experience, save for one hiccup.nnI submitted my application for a health card with my spouse a week ago, and the front desk associate was quick to look through everything and ensure we corrected any clerical errors on our end. Thankfully, everything was submitted. Yay!nnThis is where the hiccup starts though. She explained to us that we could pick up our health cards but it would need at least 48 hours for processing. Sounds good!nnI came by today, the following week, to pick up my card, and the exact same person who helped us and at the same desk funnily enough said I can’t do that and that I have to wait for it to come by mail.nnI admit I should’ve pushed back a bit and explained my situation, but I didn’t want to disturb anyone’s work so I left and assumed I must’ve done or heard something wrong.nnPlease clearly outline if and when a new health card applicant can pick up their card or number so this issue doesn’t happen to someone else.

It has been a crazy month after being rear ended and the insurance company writing off my vehicle. I went to my favourite registries and LIzel helped me register my new car. She was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.. Thank you for helping make this a smooth transition Lizel..
