When looking for replacement windows for my house I did speak with a number of window companies. However, I felt most comfortable with the products Steve showed us as he clearly explained all of the options available and he gave us great confidence in their products and installation. The 12 windows and 1 door were installed by a highly professional crew that were very efficient and did a great job. The crew answered all of my questions about the installation and they thoroughly cleaned up their work before they left. I do have some more windows to replace, and I will definitely be using Durabuilt for these windows. I would highly recommend Durabuilt to anyone needing new windows in the greater Edmonton area.

I purchased windows for half of my house and the salesman, Ryan Smith, was so great to work with. He worked with me within my budget and was so patient when I changed the plans around. The install took two days and the guys were so friendly, answered all the questions that I had and we're very tidy. They had drop cloths down in all the areas they were working, swept and vacuumed up their mess and we're very respectful of my house. I will be using them again for the rest of my windows when the time comes. Highly recommend!
