We had a great experience with Durabuilt. I did my upper windows when I bought the house and the quality and style is very good. When I needed to do the basement windows I knew it was outside of comfort to perform the install. Our sales rep Ryan was great at letting me know what options there were and putting together a reasonable quote. Ryan connected me with the installer Sergiu. Sergiu and his team provided a great solution to a difficult install. They were prompt and professional. The windows turned out amazing. They add so much to the house. Thank you guys!

Update: The team visited and placed an order for all the necessary components to repair the door. It appears that the builder neglected to install a crucial part for the main door, which is the reason for the ice accumulation at that door. This issue is not attributable to Durabuilt; rather, it is a result of the builder's oversight. I am very pleased with their quick response from Durabuilt. Thank you and now waiting for the final fix.

The photos show the sliding windows in a new home. Even at milder temperatures the ice builds up inside. It is not moisture from inside the house -when it snows the moisture and water seeps in from the screen side and freezes. The sliding base of the window fills with ice. I don’t think these windows are good for this climate. I’ve lived in other older homes with windows 20years old that don’t have this much ice build up. I thought triple pane windows were supposed to be good insulators. I doubt these windows will last.

Updated: Five Star ReviewnnFollowing my original post the customer service team reached out to me regarding the failed seals. After some discussion they agreed to waive the labour fee because all of the panes from the original install had failed. This was greatly appreciated. The replacement was done in a timely and professional manner in April of 2024. The team has since reached out to me to ensure that everything is still functioning as it should. I now have a lot more confidence in the seals and customer service for the other windows that I replaced in 2020. Thanks for working to repair the damage both to my window and my confidence in your company Rob, John and the team.nn*********************nnOriginal post: The one star reviewnI am really disappointed in the quality/longevity of workmanship of my windows. I ordered 4 windows with a total of 9 panes of glass in fall 2017, they were installed by Durabuilt. In the winter of 2022, the seals on ALL of my front 3 windows with 6 panes of glass failed. The 20 year warrantee still required that I pay for the labour to fix this manufacture defect.nThis month Winter 2024, the remaining 3 panes of glass from that order have also shown failed seals. I now have condesation or frost depending on temperature within the glass of my 6.5 year old windows.nTo say I am disappointed is an understatement. These 9 panes of glass were not cheap. To pay for each window twice makes me so mad and the fact that EVERY pane of glass from this manufacture run/install has failed seems to paint a pretty grim picture of the lasting quality of the windows manufactured by Durabuilt. If I just lucked out and got a terrible manufacture batch, I would think that the company should want to do their best to make it right.nMy cousin who went with Green Fox has not had the same problems. I regret choosing Durabuilt for this install.

We recently had some windows replaced in our home by Durabuilt. Service was exceptional, install was expectational and efficient. They even moved our install date to accommodate weather! Clean up was excellent all in all a great experience !
