We had a great experience with Durabuilt. I did my upper windows when I bought the house and the quality and style is very good. When I needed to do the basement windows I knew it was outside of comfort to perform the install. Our sales rep Ryan was great at letting me know what options there were and putting together a reasonable quote. Ryan connected me with the installer Sergiu. Sergiu and his team provided a great solution to a difficult install. They were prompt and professional. The windows turned out amazing. They add so much to the house. Thank you guys!

What a great experience dealing with the Durabuilt team! Ryan was our sales agent and he was very knowledgeable on what window would work best for our kitchen renovation. Everything was well set up by him. Sergiu and Walter were our installers. Very trustworthy coming into our house, kept the site clean, and walked me through the post inspection in detail. We have had multiple, excellent experiences with Durabuilt. The last occasion we had both front and back doors replaced. The installers were on time, courteous and very neat and tidy in their work. Would 100% recommend.

Horrible customer service. The sales employee Ryan was excellent at his job and that's why we were confident that we would have a great experience with Durabuilt however then we encountered problems wih our install both the supervisor and the manager were both horrible to deal with. Went behind my back to a window cleaner and wouldn't pay them to complete the job and said see if she notices. I got told by management that it was none of my business and that I was being unreasonable. I am still shocked at how I have been treated. Still waiting on the job to be complete.
