I wish I knew the name of the patient and kind young man who helped me register my classic car purchase on August 2. Turns out I had misread the VIN and gave my insurer the wrong information. The Registry West team member waited patiently while I called my insurer, corrected the VIN and was sent the new insurance. Thank you for your kindness!

The BEST registry to deal with! Super accommodating and very professional. The staff is definitely hands down the best to deal with. My son was treated great for his road test and they showed great attitude and made him feel at ease so he wasn’t so nervous. Great job guys, you all are awesome!!

If you want to ruin your mood then come here. Total waste place - Very unprofessional people, I went for corporate services at 2.10 pm and they did not help as according to them the cutoff was 2pm, although they were open till 4pm. But that Male agent was polite even though he denied. But One female agent was almost on her top of her voice, loud and yelling around with her colleagues out of some frustration and was rude to the clients as well. Crazy place to be, there are other registry’s which are better. Will not recommend this one for sure. I am surprised to see some good comments for these people.

Hafeez Is very is such a great human . He is very helpfull especially for people that is nee here in canada . He even suggested things that my brother needed for his drivers learners .nI hope more humans like him will be frontline in registry .nGod Bless you Hafeez

Staff was nice kind but my examiner for the road test not so much. Used a very condescending, angry tone during and after my exam. I felt so uncomfortable during the exam and gave me more stress than I had before. She was very disrespectful and rude.
