Unique assortment of Tools and gadgets, friendly staff and an interesting showroom. This store carries items for the serious woodworker to the serious gardener and the Casual versions of everything in between. You can find chisels and colanders, screws and kitchen knives. It is a fun place to waste a few minutes, and mail order service is available as well. They also offer a variety of seminars from things as eclectic as glass etching, Etc.

A magical place with friendly staff. Not every product is on the shelf as it's effectively a catalogue order store with stock. There are always interesting products and deals on the floor to make it worth going in person (aside from benefits of not having to wait on shipping)

The staff are always pleasant and willing to help out offer advice. It's also the best place in the city to find quality supplies; you'll never find the same range of dyes, varnishes, and oils at a regular hardware store.

Lee Valley Tools is a great place for unique gifts. I have been coming here to get Stocking stuffers for Christmas for numerous years. Every year i find something different and fun for myself too. Best idea is to go oline first and print out your shopping list so you can go right to the counter and have them pick your order. There are somethings on the store you can pick up and buy but most things are in the warehouse that they will pick for you. The employees are all friendly and very knowledgeable.

Friendly and very helpful staff. I was on crutches when I arrived and so they helped me find the items I wanted quickly and effortlessly
