For the negative comments here, you can trust the majority are from folks that don't understand the value here. For those folks: Go to HD or CT. Pay more and get less. I receive excellent service from a young lady called “Dez”. she counted every single piece of sand paper 96pcs and got it ready for pick up in 15min .nshe was very friendly. A+++

I have been coming here for the last couple of years and it has quickly become one of my favorite stores in the city. Every time I go to the store I have consistently excellent customer service—Jada is especially great! The members of the staff are always friendly and happy to help. Even if I don't find something I want that day—which is rare—I always leave having enjoyed my visit. As I mentioned, Jada is particularly exceptional. Her excellence is clear to a customer like me from he knowledge of the job, friendly and playful-yet-professional nature, and the extra effort that she puts in to helping customers. KMS has a great new West Edmonton store and was way better organized than their previous location. Same great staff. Even more products. The Milwaukee section is out of this world
