I had a special request. Genie helped me out. She was amazing. I called and gave her a large tool list. She got all the tools I required and had it ready 30 mins after our phone call. There were a few items she had questions on and she helped me locate them. She carried everything for me even after I offered to help carry the load. She also told me she worked through her lunch for this request. Absolutely amazing customer service. She went above and beyond and was lovely to deal with.

Wally and his staff were very knowledgeable and fabulous to deal with. i’ve never seen such a great selection of tools especially the Milwaukee brand. The prices were easily 30% better than home depot. Will never shop anywhere else for tools ever again. Thanks Wally!

I had called in to ask if they had a specific item that was on sale and Jenny was so very helpful!! She said they had one showing up in stock and went to check to ensure it was there. She put it on hold for me at the checkout and I was so grateful to her as it was a Father’s Day gift!! Thank you Jenny!!

Great store and good sales, I had an online order that didn’t go through, my fault entirely, and when I stopped by to pick it up they were very accommodating and picked out my order last minute. The sale had ended a couple days before I arrived for pick up time and they went out of their way to get me the sales from the time I had tried to place the online order. We hold a commercial account there and they have always treated us very well.

Showed up in the busiest time they had a promotion with a DeWalt sales. Debbie at the front was helping me out with a lot of exchanges returns and purchases. So much going on in the store and it was so busy. She really handled it professionally. Kept her composure and handled the situation like a soldier. I always appreciate the amount of effort people put in the most stressful times. Thank you!
