MIC Medical Imaging - Windermere

I had my appointment at 32 weeks and Sylvia assist me. She is wonderful and polite person, tells me everything during my scan about baby and movements. She really is an expert and good at her job. Really enjoyed my experience with her. The receptionist staff is also kind and polite. Happy to get my appointment here.

My ultrasound procedure at this location was amazing. From the friendly receptionist up to the kind and gentle sonographer, the service provided to me was exceptional. They were very efficient! I highly recommend this location.

I was so impressed getting in the next day of my call in. Staff at front desk were all cheerful early in the morning. Got into changing area promptly and within no time in for the test. The tech, Amy, very kind, informative and was a wealth of information.nMy doc had the results within 24 hours. Even though Amy said it would be 2 days.nI have another test I need done, and even though I live 33 mins away, I believe the environment is worth the drive. Thank you for your care and treating me with dignity and respect.

I had an ultrasound my experience overall was very good. just the appointment dates were too far but the staff put me on the cancellation list and helped me find a sooner date. I waited roughly 15 mins in the waiting area. My overall experience is really good. The staff is friendly the place is very well maintained. I thank you the Windmere MIC for making my experience so easy.

This feedback is for the company, as opposed to this location. I've been to this location and the experience was excellent.nnThe automated booking system/chat is not a good experience. I booked two different appointments two different requisitions for this location and the text message response I got was 'your appointment is booked for xyz day/time', but doesn't give details on the type of appointment/exam. I got another text right after confirming a different date for another apppointment. So now I have no idea which day is for what exam, so I have to call regardless.nnI feel the bot may cause more issues with people needing to get a hold of a human to book because they need specific dates and times. The bot doesn't allow you flexibility to pick from a number of days/times and instead gives you one.nnI'm 100% for efficiency and automation. Some details of the process could be reviewed and adjusted.
