First time using this particular CDC location. They have reserved parking in there front of the building. The reason for using this location was the ability to get any early appointment. The staff were very pleasant and my scheduled appointment was on time. The radiologist explained clearly what the procedure entailed. Like my usual location Westgate, my overall experience was positive.

I was extremely impressed with this location. Paulette was exceptional she greeted me and was so helpful and friendly! I had an X-ray the girls there were great. Then I had an ultrasound she was good as well. Everyone worked well as a team it was great to experience. Thanks for the excellent service!

I recently visited CDC Rabbit Hill for an ultrasound and I am more than impressed with the quality of service I received. From the moment I walked in the staff was welcoming and professional. I booked an appointment two days in advance, prompt and on time with no wait.nThe technician was extremely knowledgeable and explained the procedure in detail which put my mind at ease.nThe entire process was smooth and efficient. I would highly recommend this to anyone needing an ultrasound. Their commitment to patient care and professionalism really stands out. Thank you for making my visit such a positive one!

My wife found an appointment Dec 20th to have their pain management people do their stuff. She has has major joint issues sense her second astra zenica covid shot and has extreme swelling in undamaged joints throughout her extremities. Shes a person who plays sports and was usually in a gym every day. She has been receiving cortisone shots when the swelling prevents movement and sleep. She has been in clinics all around Edmonton every three to four months for the last three years. The shots usually provide relief within a few days and is back to her usual activities within a few weeks. Her experience at the Rabbit Hill CDC was something I can only describe as outstanding! She met a couple of Doctors and staff that truly know their profession and put the patient first rather than repeating the routine procedure she has experienced the last three years. Fluid was drained from the affected joint before the cortisone injection which immediately relieved her symptoms. This was attempted once before elsewhere but wasn’t successful. Her recovery was almost instantaneous and had no pain or pressure the evening of the procedure. On behalf of my wife and myself, I want to thank you for your compassion and professionalism.
