Pricing is pretty good for each child and if your child is under 4 they get in for free. They have a smaller arcade/gaming section that excepts tokens that are really cheap to purchase. Food is okay , pricing wise was adequate. They have special events happening every month for the kids and also there is events for parents.

Place has gone completely downhill. I had my nieces birthday last weekend and I cannot believe the food they served.. the pizza was the most horrible pizza I’ve ever seen in my entire life. None of the kids ate it. We had cheese for them and veggie for the adults and it was by far the most disgusting thing ive ever seen. I can’t believe this is what you pay for. They need to review their policy and allow people to order pizza at reputable places. Also, there was no one to assist in the room, no pop available because their machines weren’t working and no water. I cannot believe this place can operate and still have business. The majority of them were broken. Where are the owners of this place? Why don’t you review your food home and fix your game so people that pay to get in can actually enjoy. After reading the responses from the management, it seems they don’t care.

This is a very good indoor play place for kids. The whole family can enjoy this play place.nThere are multiple arcade games for children to play with and they also have toddler play area.nParents and guardians are able to sit on comfortable chairs while waiting and watching their kids play.nYou can celebrate kids birthday here.nFood is sold on site.nAdults are able to play with kids inside the slide.nBe sure to visit with your socks as shoes are not allowed inside the play area.nLots of locker to store personal items.nStaff are very friendly and helpful with questions.nThis place feels secured as there are CCTV unit to monitor ongoing activities.nWashroom is available onsite.nParking is free.

My friend and I went with our babies today to the toddler pit. It was pretty clean and well kept. Our babies had a blast. The only thing we didn't like was that the staff seemed to disappear. We had to wait ten minutes to leave because there was no staff at the front desk to open the gate or even at the snack shack to ask for help to leave. Other then that we had a really good time

This is not a very big place. However, its good for kids' indoor play. The sitting area for parents is really not good as there is only one sofa that is comfortable but rest all are the uncomfortable chairs.
