The staff here are friendly and wonderful. Management needs to hire more people. Add an extra hour to your scheduled time. I often have to wait long after my set time to get called in. Today is one of many examples. My appointment was for 5:15. It was almost 7 p.m. when they finally started the procedure. It's not the first time this has happened. Either they are short-staffed or have poor time management skills. It shouldn't take 4 hours!

It's so nice to donate plasma here, I've been doing it for over a year now! I also want to mention Rini, Jeremiah, Shelley, Blessing, Karyna are great! They always do everything quickly, and after they do it I'm always in a great mood! Thank you, team!

My boyfriend and I go here regularly to donate plasma…the process is very simple. The staff here are the best! Especially staff named Josie, Nikita and Sangeeta!
