This branch is incredible. The whole process here is quick. Everyone is competent in doing their jobs to best.nBut unlike here, the one at Windermere is complete chaos. I often wait for more than 1 hour after the appointment time before I start to donate. The staffs there are all slow, they talked to each other ignoring that there’re peoples waiting in line. So if you’re planning to go to Windermere, prepare to have 2 hours processing time from start to finish. And, no, it’s not for the first time donor. I’m a repeat donor.nAnd I find it strange because I can’t post a review in Windermere. That’s why I compare them to here. Too many complaints perhaps at Windermere branch that’s why they’re blocking my review there ?

Very clean and streamlined process, they also care a lot about your comfort! The snacks are awesome and it’s an extremely easy way to make 70$!

Kristine is excellent! As well as majority of the staff! Been coming here for months. Great way to give back, while getting a few dollars in your pocket.

I donate twice a week regularly, and I always enjoy my visits. The staff are friendly, personable, professional and extremely helpful. I look forward to my visits, and always feel very welcome when I go there. The staff handles the donation process quickly and with absolutely minimal discomfort. The staff of anyplace is the truest measure of it, hence why I awarded five stars.

I’m scared of needles and the staff, particularly the nurse in the room and Maria who did my needle, made me feel comfortable and helped me keep calm, everyone at the clinic is so nice
