Fantastic Stay with Stunning Views – Worth Every Penny!nnI recently stayed at the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly situated with breathtaking views of the iconic Niagara Falls, making it worth every dollar spent. Waking up to the stunning scenery was an unforgettable highlight of my trip.nnThe location is another major plus. It’s conveniently close to the bridge that takes you right near the falls, making it incredibly easy to explore the area. Whether it’s a leisurely walk to the falls or enjoying nearby attractions, the proximity is unbeatable.nnThe room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, adding to the overall pleasant experience. We celebrated our anniversary here.nnAmazing customer service by Ajay. He really cares about the guests and seems like a genuinely considerate person. He went above and beyond. Zisha, Michelle, Norma, Karlo and Alex were also very nice and accommodating.nnGiving 3 stars because we encountered a number of issues during our stay that were stressful, but the issues were resolved by guest services and they were very nice about it:nn- whirlpool tub in our room was not working properly and also it was taking over 5 minutes to get hot water in the sink taps. Maintenance came in and shut off the water while we were still there and we were without water in the room. We needed to use the washroom and couldn’t because there was no water. However, they resolved this by switching our room after. Ajay personally went to the new room to check that the taps and tub were working properly before moving us over.nn- we wanted a restful stay so we asked for no housekeeping. However, on Friday afternoon, housekeeping walked into the room while we were taking a nap and woke us up. The following morning on Saturday, housekeeping again knocked on the door to come in, waking us up.nnIt seems that the first person wasn’t notified that we requested no housekeeping and the second person said she didn’t even know we were staying there or that we had a late checkout we had confirmed a late checkout of 2 pm that day.nn- then later, about an hour before the checkout time, one of the staff knocked on our door and asked why we were still there.nnAll the disruptions were quite stressful and we didn’t feel that we slept well during our stay.nnGuest services did resolve the above concerns to some extent.nnA few other notes worth mentioning:n- heating in the building wasn’t very adequate. Felt very cold in the elevator and out on our floor. Our room was cold overnight.n-bedsheets in our first room looked old and worn out. The entire first room looked quite worn outn- our second room was much better. Very clean as well.n- the shower and whirlpool tub were very nicen- nice views of the falls
i might give a half star if i can.nnit won’t be a good choice for you to stay here if you have car. HOTEL BUT NO PARKING SPOT. You have to pay $45 to park at a lot that’s 5 minutes away.nnAlso if you stay lower than 11 floor, the window frame of the room perfectly blocks the view of the waterfall, so you can’t see it while sitting on the sofa. YOU HAVE TO STAND AND ENJOY THE VIEW. Once you’re done enjoying the view, now you can sit down.nnIt was not a perfect christmas for me. The interior and other aspects didn’t feel very clean and looked quite outdated.nI will never come here again to deal with these problems. :
We arrived at check in time, unloaded our bags and had to meet our spa appointment time down the street we messed up booking the wrong Marriott! Didn't get a chance to really check our room until we returned after our spa and late dinner. It was approximately 10pm. When we went to sit on the couch to relax and enjoy a night cap in our room we noticed the couch. Oh my goodness, we did not want to sit upon it. It was disgusting! Too late to change rooms but I did take photo's and showed the front desk because I did not want to be held responsible. For the price we paid for the this room I am appalled. I would rather have stayed at a 'Choice' hotel and been more comfortable. Very disappointed for a quality hotel such as Marriott to have furniture like this in a room and let someone occupy it!
I had a wonderful stay at the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls. From check-in to check-out,nthe staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Upon departure, one of the front desk staff kindly inquired if everything was satisfactory, to which I mentioned only one small issue – the kettle in the room had mineral deposits inside, which made the water less clean than I expected. As a result, I chose to get my tea from the Starbucks located inside the hotel.nTo my surprise, the staff member handled the situation with great professionalism and offered me a discount on the parking charges, which I greatly appreciated.nThe hotel itself is beautiful, and its location right by Niagara Falls offers breathtaking views. The scenery alone made our stay truly memorable. In conclusion, we had a fantastic experience, and I would gladly return in the future.
