Room was clean. Staff were awesome. Amanda at the front desk was very friendly and eager to help when I had any questions. Amy at the front desk was very friendly as well. One of the room attendants named Justine was so friendly and genuinely interested in making my stay perfect that it made it feel like home. Breakfast was not included with my room but was so cheap it didn't matter. Food was great. Kitchen staff were also very down to earth and friendly. Will definitely be back.

I've been coming here for a decade and it has always been pretty good. The last time I went there I was absolutely shocked when I checked out because the lady at the front desk charges my credit card without my permission regarding a smoking fee! NOBODY SMOKED IN THE ROOM! I could not believe it! I swear nobody smoked. I told her I would pay but after coming here for 10 years I would never come back again. She was very rude! I was also rude though because I was in such shock. Biggest scam ever. We went back to the room and the cleaning lady said she smelled smoke, I didnt smell anything! Ridiculous.

It's a nice hotel. It's go nice rooms and a nice outdoor swimming pool. Only thing missing is that breakfast is not included with the rooms

It is an older motel that is definitely showing its age. Conveniently located and jas an outdoor pool. The room smelled like mothballs.

Not the fanciest..clean comfy beds ...bigger than avg rooms...quiet ...my favorite "choice" family hotel at the falls . I stay here often.
