Embassy Suites by Hilton Niagara Falls - Fallsview

Obviously the view is incredible. We found the service to be *much* better than what others had been reporting recently in these reviews. In fact, after reading the Google reviews in the weeks leading up to our trip I almost switched to a different hotel because I was so concerned with what I was reading. Our travel agent advised against switching and I am glad we took her advice.nnThe people facilitating the elevators were very helpful and friendly, and the longest we ever had to wait for an elevator was 5 minutes. Checking in was no problem, I was offered an upgrade to a more expensive room, but when I declined there was no pressure at all. Our room was exactly what we expected, and every employee was pleasant.nnI do not recommend the breakfast - as others have stated it is pretty chaotic and the food isn't worth the hassle. At the same time it was included so it's not something to complain about. Dawn, one of the breakfast attendants, was very friendly and personable though.nnWe used the off-site parking lot, and free shuttles make the rounds picking people up on a regular basis.nnOur family had a lovely vacation to Niagara Falls and we would definitely stay here again if we were to return.

Upon arrival we had to change our room 3 times as we wasn’t happy with the view that we had paid for. We settled in the end and as I said to the receptionist will put it down to experience.nStaff were polite and friendly throughout. Good breakfast and nice size room.nLifts are ridiculous take ages to come whether going up or down. The room wasn’t cleaned once or towels were not changed in the 3 nights we stayed. The shop is over priced $12 for two 500ml waters.nI wouldn’t waste my money staying here again you can get some lovely pics from other places without paying over the odds for a hotel room that doesn’t get cleaned and is a nightmare to get to

Absolutely incredible. I’m very pleased with my stay at the Niagara Falls location of Embassy Suites. My family and I were offered a suite with a beautiful view of the falls, and great amenities including a Jacuzzi tub. Staff was very helpful and kind - there were even people to guide the elevators to ensure that was a seamless process, as the hotel was understandably very busy. Staff also offered us a very warm welcome to the Hotel, as I was returning after many years as a valued Hilton guest. It became so much so that my children wanted to spend more time in the hotel than the falls. Food was also nice - vegetarian options were present during breakfast.

I have had the pleasure of staying at numerous hotels, but this one stands out as truly exceptional. I had a very comfortable stay during my three-night stay.nnI was accommodated in a king-size suite, which featured a spacious bed and an additional pull-out bed. While the pull-out bed was available, we opted to use it as a comfortable sofa.nnThe hotel also houses a Fridays restaurant conveniently located in the lobby. I had the opportunity to dine there and was impressed by the prompt service and delicious food.nnComplimentary breakfast was provided as part of our stay, served from 6 am to 9:30 am at The Keg restaurant on the 9th floor. To avoid potential wait times, I recommend arriving slightly earlier to ensure a smooth dining experience.nnOne of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view of the falls from my upgraded room on the 42nd floor. It was a truly mesmerizing sight, and we were fortunate to witness nightly fireworks displays from 10 pm to 10:05 pm, which were particularly enjoyable for families with young children.nnOverall, I had a wonderful experience at the Embassy Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable getaway in Canada. You will not be disappointed.

A Memorable Stay with Stunning Views!nnOur stay at Embassy Suites was truly unforgettable, especially after opting for the upgrade to a beautiful suite on the 36th floor with breathtaking Fallsview. The view alone made it worth every penny, and the bonus of watching the fireworks right from our room was incredible!nnThe suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. They even provided connecting rooms, which made the experience all the more enjoyable for everyone. The food at The Keg was fantastic, though we had a bit of trouble with room service, so we decided to dine in the restaurant. The meal was delicious, so it worked out fine in the end.nnWe appreciated the breakfast, though we felt the hours were a bit limited from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM. Extending the hours would have been nice, and the menu could use a bit more variety. The cereal and uncut fruit were fine, but the juices were not fresh, which was a slight disappointment.nnOne thing we found surprising was the housekeeping service—rooms are only cleaned every other day. For a hotel of this caliber, daily service would have been preferred. Despite this, our overall experience was fantastic. The views, the comfort of the suite, and the quality of the amenities made it a stay to remember. We can’t wait to return!
