I stayed at the Hilton Hotel for one night and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The issues started with a non-functional toilet, which required maintenance to come up twice in an attempt to fix it. This was inconvenient and disrupted our stay.nnThe situation worsened when I woke up around 4 a.m. and went to the bathroom, only to find bugs crawling on the ground. From what I could tell, they appeared to be silverfish. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.nnThe only redeeming quality of this hotel is its convenient location, as it is close to everything. However, based on my experience in the North Tower, I cannot recommend staying here. Cleanliness and functionality are basic expectations for any hotel, and this one failed to meet them.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton Hotel in Niagara Falls, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and professional staff made me feel truly welcome. The check-in process was smooth, and the team was always eager to assist with any requests.nnThe room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, offering breathtaking views of the iconic Niagara Falls. Waking up to the sight and sound of the falls was a highlight of my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night after a day of exploration.nnThe hotel’s facilities were top-notch, with a variety of dining options that catered to diverse tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, offering fresh and flavorful choices to start the day. Additionally, the indoor pool and fitness center provided excellent spaces to relax and recharge.nnThe location of the Hilton was perfect, within walking distance of the falls and other major attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing.nnOverall, my stay at the Hilton Hotel, Niagara Falls, was delightful, combining luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it for anyone planning a trip to this beautiful destination.nnRating: 5/5
Spent new years here and let me tell you, the price you’re paying is just for the view. We got to the Hilton and the lobby was gorgeous, we grabbed our room keys and went on up…. There was a dark stain on the carpet, a power bar with mysterious brown sticky stains on it, an off smelling fridge, a bug crawling around the tub and mold all over the washroom. For the price we paid for two nightswell over 1000 we shouldn’t have had so many issues with the room. The ac didn’t work either, or they set it and let you think you can adjust it when nothing will change, it was extremely hot. The shower head fell on me when I turned on the water, and was leaking out of the door. We had to use our room towels to cover the floor. Also the whirlpool tub jet button randomly stopped working and then fixed itself after us trying to fix it for about 10mins. A bunch of small issues added up felt like a bit of a scam for the price. They also advised the top floor to watch fireworks, we went up there and it was a restaurant where you have to wait and be seated not just a viewing room. Couldn’t even see the fireworks because of the smoke yet the people downstairs ensured us we could view them from inside.
First time staying at the Hilton, and I will never return. I had booked through Expedia to stay at Oaks. Got a call from Oaks saying they were moving me to Hilton. When we got there, we were told that there was no parking and that we would have to park off-site. I explained to them that I have a disability and I am unable to walk or stand for long. Needless to say, we parked off side. We waited over 20 minutes for the shuttle. Standing in the rain with nowhere to sit. Check-in went smoothly. Got to the room later that night, decided to turn the TV on. The TV didn't work. Went to go have a shower. There was no water pressure and no hot water in the shower. There was hot water in the sink. Plugged my phone into the wall to change, and the receptacle came out of the wall. At 4am, a bill got slid under the door for $50 parking and $13.00 in taxes on the parking. The next morning at checkout, we refused to pay for the parking as it was never stated on any of the email confirmations or when we pulled into the hotel. The front desk tried to say that on-site parking was $80, but becausenwe parked off-site, and it would be $50.nnWord of advice: Don't drive to this hotel or try finding a cheaper place to park.nnOverall, it was a horrible experience. Will never return nor recommend this hotel to anyone.
Room was to hot. The heat was on all the time. Hard to enjoy dinner with a dog sitting at the next table. And it differently was no service dog. Dogs barking in the hallways. And parking was so expensive. $132. for two days. We did have a great view of the falls. And very nice being walking distance to the casino.
