Four Points by Sheraton Niagara Falls Fallsview

My boyfriend and I loved it here. The room was great. The staff were extremely friendly. They gave us a free upgrade and more coupons when we asked. They had speedy room service and made sure to check up on us after we got into the room and any time we asked for anything. The tunnel to the casino was so convenient for the cold weather. We’ll definitely be coming back if the opportunity arises.

Excellent location. The staff at the lobby were extremely professional and exceptional in terms of helping us out with whatever we needed. I made a last minute reservation on a Saturday night and they gave me a room that was available owing to an early checkout. The room was quite spacious with all necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable. This hotel is linked to the Hilton and the Fallsview Casino and Hotel which makes it an amazing location. I would advise that you park in the casino’s covered parking lot and walk over to the Sheraton.

I stay here 1 weekend every November. It's consistent. Banquet food is good, restaurant is better and awith a nice view of the falls. The hotel is walking distance to most places of interest. Starbucks in the lobby is nice. Most of the time the stairs are quicker than the elevator but of course that depend on what floor you're on.

The location was perfect. Everything was at walking distance. Rooms were nice and spacious. Kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Bottom most floor of the hotel is a fun zone for kids and families. Laser tag, arcades, and more. Parking on site costs extra, otherwise it's you can park across the street. Can't comment on the food, it wasn't kosher.

I stayed at the hotel for a cousin's party. The hotel was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's a bit of maze to navigate because the elevators are in three separate banks so to get to your room can be a bit of a walk. Very convenient as its connected to a well known steakhouse and accessing the casino is easy through a pedestrian bridge.
