Comfort Inn Fallsview

Had a great stay here. The room was comfortable and the location was great for the conference that I was attending. We had a breakfast included in the rate as well so didn't have to worry about finding something within budget. There is also wifi to stay connected with loved ones back home. Had a 'Fallsview' room - so was able to see a little bit of the Falls in between the other hotels across the street. For the rate it is a great place to stay!

Stayed at the Comfort Inn about a week ago on a weekend trip to Fallsview. Managed to snag the room for $70 taxes in, which was pretty good compared to the jacked up prices I'm seeing now. I was actually quite impressed with how nice the room and the lobby was, very clean and proper. Enjoyed my stay, was very comfortable and the staff were accommodating of my late checkout request. Note that they try to gouge you for $18 parking fee, however I didn't pay that because I just parked in the Casino for free. It looses a star because the breakfast hours of 6-9am is a joke, a lot of people are staying here because they want to party at Fallsview and nobody is going to get up before 9am for breakfast if they went to sleep at 3am. Also they gave me a wheelchair accessible room when i asked for a regular, please be more careful next time. If I could snag the comfort in between 70-90 bucks a night I would stay here again for sure.

My husband and I have stayed here 4 yrs in a row for our anniversary while we pretend to be tourist (I am from the Niagara region). It is not a fancy hotel, but it is AFFORDABLE clean, comfortable, great staff, breakfast is decent, and you can walk anywhere from it. Leave your car parked in the lot and walk to the Hill in 20 mins max. Love it!

Great customer service, room was beautiful, we stayed on the first day of the new breakfast room and although it was hard to find, we ended up finding it and really enjoying our breakfast. The new room is much better than the previous time we stayed. Would definitely come again! Thank you!

Unfortunately many wrongs came together to make a wrong. The first room was not good. The second room was better, but was recently renovated and smelled like pungent chemicals. We opened the window and kept the heat on. Around midnight the smoke detector let off a low battery alarm, not good with two young kids...a nice employee was gracious enough to rip the offending device from the ceiling and remove it from the room. We did not sleep. Breakfast was a game of big ideas in small places. Only the waffles made it tolerable, if you could get one... Note that during this debacle, the pool was under construction, there was no reason to stay here for the price we paid. On a more positive note, the staff were very friendly.
