4 stars because our room wasn't ready by 4. At 415 my husband asked what was going on and she decided to give us a vacant room that was on the 9th floor. Thank God. Arcade is 24/7 in the lobby. Pool was great. Cafe is a bit pricey but our room was wonderful. Very clean. Would DEF stay here again. Walking distance to restaurants and the fun zone. Was also given lots of coupons for $30 off the keg and outback which we used and free admission for 4 to fun house to partake in 4 attractions.

The room was wonderful in terms of layout. The front staff was nice. The problem was that the room had hair in the sink and bathroom. Our room was also city view, which I thought would give us a view of the city. It was legit on the first floor looking out on the sidewalk. We had to keep our windows shut the whole time we were there. I also heard housekeeping for multiple nights cleaning rooms at 2 in the morning which made it difficult to sleep. It is a good distance from the falls which is a plus.

lived here for 2 nights. price is ok but you need to pay parking per night. so if you don't mind park across the street then you can save some money and avoid the crowded on site parking lot. other then that no issue. You can walk to the fall from here but need about 20 minutes. so don't do it in winter....

The staff is very friendly and check-in was easy. The room didn’t have a microwave or mini-fridge which may be normal in Canada, but I had assumed it would be included. Also, the term “Fallsview” is misleading. The falls are not visible from the hotel and the hotel is not on Fallsview Blvd either. Overall if you need a place to sleep, it was clean and well staffed, but it is a few blocks from many attractions and is not a place I would use in the future for more than a single night. If you are looking for an actual view of the falls, I would suggest the Embassy Suites or the Fallsview Casino.

Not impressed at all. This is the 2nd time staying at the hotel.
The first time we stayed at this hotel we were basically thrown out at check out time. The water was rudely turned off as a way to get us out of our room. I will admit we were about 15min after checkout time however, I found it VERY degrading and humiliating.
Last night we decided to stay here again and gave it another chance. Checkout was fine but we were rudely awakened by one of the staff members vacuuming the hallways at 4am!!! We asked her to stop vacuuming and she did for about 20min and turned the freaking vacuum back on!!!! This will be the last time we stay here. Don’t book room 101-103.
