Stayed here for one night since we were in Niagara Falls for my daughter’s friend’s birthday. Overall it was a nice stay. We had a good time at the pool and the arcade bonus was the free play!. I don’t know what was going on but there were lots of additional security guards around the hotel and on the floor we were staying 7th. There were also police officers in the front for a bit. Our room was nice, and the balcony had a great view, although it was a bit strange that the balcony was shared with a few other rooms.
Very nice stay. Front desk was very good. Room was nice and clean.nToo many security guards made it feel little uncomfortable. Younger Indian security guards were nice. Some older security people will just stare you constantly.nPools were nice but felt like too much chemicals our eyes were burning.nVery nice overall stay. Pool and security situation were little off.
I've never bothered to stay at this property before as it seemed too far away from all the Niagra Falls attractions. However, we finally decided based on the age of property, size of rooms, cost of rooms, cost of parking, pool and our Hilton loyalty, we were not disappointed. From the beginning we were greated by the gregarious Bell Captain, Troy. We've stayed at 5-star properties around the world and Troy ranks at the top with his above and beyond service. We received very helpful advise from Troy who also provided our group with local knowledge and savings.nnThe walk to attractions really isn't bad at all during the spring and summer months. There is a great Japanese/Korean BBQ a few-minutes walk away for lunch or dinner which I highly recommend called Niku Japanese BBQ.nnWe had a king bed with pullout sofa bed for the 3 of us and a 2nd room for the grandparents. Both rooms had views of the NY falls. There was an issue with our linens to the pull-out bed but the staff was very apologetic and addressed it very quickly.nnOne and only complaint was the pool/hot tub. The strength of chlorine was so overpowering that it felt a little unsafe so we skipped this amenity. Our 8 year old was super disappointed but the warm walnut chocolate chip doubletree cookie helped.nnBonus, the in-room refrigerator was slightly larger than expected which was another pleasant surprise. The Hilton & Marriott on the falls is cool with great views, but they are old and more expensive for everything.
We absolutely loved this resort! I highly recommend it. It was close to the main downtown area which had a ton of things for both kids and adults to do. It was close to restaurants and wineries which we love to go to. It was also close to the Falls which is the main reason for going. The resort was clean, and staff were friendly and helpful with everything. They constantly checked to make sure we were happy. The food was pretty good and they went out of their way to make accomodate our kids. I would highly recommend staying here.
2026 April 3.5nOverall an ok hotel close to Niagara falls, convention center and casinos.nRooms are fairly clean and given the age, it's pretty acceptable. 5 elevators which means there's not too long a wait going up and down. Welcome cookie is a nice touch.n2 connected indoor Pools, one 5ft deep. The other 4ft deep. Hot tub. Dry sauna and gym. Amenities are the features.nRestaurant and spa services on-site.nOn-site parking $35+taxes per day/night. Across the street it's $30 cash/day/night.nnWould consider coming again.
