The hotel was very comfortable and in a great location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and all the kid/family friendly attractions. My only negative experience is that the elevators frequently took forever, there were two but one was not working properly, 10 floors of hotel with 1 properly functioning elevator. Also, we received an upgrade to the presidential suite, which according to room description had a whirlpool but alas it didn't. Though the room was incredibly spacious and I would recommend it highly. Next time we visit the falls area I would look to stay at this hotel again.

Excellent choice for a Niagara Falls getaway! This newly renovated hotel offers spacious rooms, on-site parking for $23/day, and a prime location near Clifton Hill and the falls. The area is safe and walkable, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The hotel is attached to The Keg Steakhouse, which offers delicious and reasonably priced meals. Make sure to book your reservation in advance as they can get busy. While the staff wasn't overly friendly, they weren't rude either. Overall, my husband and I would definitely stay here again!

Niagara Falls has been on our bucket list for many years and finally got a chance to go there. The falls are beautiful, but the experience with the hotel was very disappointing. We have traveled with our service dog for four years in the US and this was our first trip with him to Canada. We had been in Toronto for several days and enjoyed our time there at the hotel and restaurants with no problems having the service dog. Everyone was very friendly and accepting, they even have a big fountain in the center of town, all dedicated to dogs. When we arrived at the Courtyard hotel, we were interrogated about our service dog and even when we produced our papers from the US were given a lot of grief that made us feel very unwelcome.To their credit, they did let us stay there, but it was touch and go for a while. It turns out, after talking to other service dog users, that Niagara Falls on the Canadian side is very service dog unfriendly. Even at the Denny's across the street, we were seated and then thrown out because we hadn't brought our papers with us across the street from the hotel. Not very appetizing. The room, the location and the falls were all OK, but the town in general proved to be a Las Vegas wannabe that is banking on the beauty of the falls for their business. Kind of sad, will probably not be back. Certainly not to this hotel.

As a frequent business traveler, I’ve stayed at hundreds of hotels and this hotel ranks in the top 10 in terms of overall quality of my stay.  My room was immaculately clean and appeared to have been recently renovated.  We interacted with two hotel staff members and both were exceptionally friendly.  The location is perfect I.e., it’s a short walk to Clifford Hill but you’re not stuck in the middle of the busy area.  Finally, we had dinner at the attached restaurant The Keg and the food and service were excellent.   An overall great hotel.

Excellent stay at an excellent hotel. The room was clean and well maintained. You can tell that everything was recently updated as well. This hotel is in walking distance to all of the Niagara attractions. There is also a WeGo bus stop across the street. Parking is about $20 a day which is on par with other lots and I never felt my car was unsafe there. Lot was well lit. I see people complaining about the staff not being “friendly,” but I found them to be fast & efficient. I don’t need anyone to suck up to me. I just need them to do their job and they most certainly did. I will definitely stay here again.
