It's a really good hotel. Clean rooms and price was good. The only problem I faced was with the check-in time. The check-in time for all the hotels in that area is 4pm, which is little late. Wish it was something like 2 or 3pm. We wanted to retire in the room after our lunch but we had to just wait till 4pm and it was freezing outside so there wasn't much we could do.

BRIAN THE MANAGER ON DUTY WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He was kind, curteous, professional, and went above and beyond the call of duty. The kids enjoyed the pool. Our room was outdated but it was clean and pretty spacious. The beds were also comfortable. The hotel is well managed, and taken care of. We’re used to upscale hotels, but the price was reasonable, and Would stay again. A lot of bang for your buck!

3 stars is a generous rating. You get what you pay for. All of our furniture is chipped up and scratched up. Cleaning ladies clean your room whether you like it or not. Although the glitter party that was there before us was still there. It does have a pool and a neat arcade. Edit: Now a 2 stars. When accepting coupons from the hotel keep in mind that they have plenty of hidden conditions for these. Although there is nothing on the coupon stating such.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel. Wyatt, Rachel & Bryan were all fantastic. Check-in was a breeze. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfy, and the balcony was great too. We upgraded to a suite, and are so glad we did! The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean. We will definitely be staying here again.

Disgraceful that they charge $23 per night for parking. That is almost half what they charged for the room. With no warning prior to booking. Charge $14 per night for handicapped parking. Should be free. Front Desk suggested that we could avoid the parking fee if we looked around town for a better rate. Then we would need to walk back to the hotel. As if that was a good idea. Average room for a low budget hotel. We won't be back.
