The Rex Motel

We rented 2 adjacent rooms at the Rex; 1 for us and 1 for the kids. First time renting a motel. We wanted to visit Niagara Falls but not actually staying where all the tourists stay, but close enough to the Falls. This little gem is perfect. It astonished me to be honest. It's really, really clean. All amenities work well. It's quiet. This family run motel staff are super cordial and polite. They even gave us warm pastries !! The towels were fresh and clean (in abundance) every day. It was like a 5 star hotel only smaller. We will return to the Rex when we go back to Niagara and I highly recommend it.

We stayed here on the long weekend. Was nice to have a place where we could park our Motorcycles without issues. Room was clean and towels were a good size /clean. They even made a fancy swan with the towel. The manager/owner was extremely nice and made sure we had what we needed. Had a bar fridge, table to eat at and Hair Dryer. Close to a 7/11 and other places to eat a nice ride to the Falls. They have WiFi as well. Will definitely stay again.

Small but a nice clean motel! Gary was very cooperative and helpful, even when our trip got delayed and we have arrived in the middle of the night. Excellent customer service!

The Rex Motel is just as everyone says - quaint, uniquely decorated rooms run by a very nice manager, and at a great price. The building is a cute 1950s era brick motel, radiator heated and with regular keyed doors. Speaking of the keys - if you're going to arrive late, call the manager via the motel phone number so he can leave the key for you.

Delightfully decorated. Fresh fluffy clean swelling towels. Mesh 4 fewer cart to store food. New fridge. New tv. Comfy bed. Beautiful quilt. Adorable!
