One of the best Asian restaurants in all of Ontario! Whether its dim sum, lunch or dinner you likely will not be disappointed. I often come here with family and friends for dim sum or dinner and the food is always great. For dinner, their sweet and sour pork and any stir-fried beef dish is a MUST GET! I love the beef as it's always reliably juicy and tender. Food, especially their dim sum, often comes out steaming hot which I feel most other places do not seem to do right. Service is also great as the staff are attentive and friendly. In addition, the place is very spacious and clean compared to most other Asian restaurants I have been to. I never have to wait long to get a table. Overall, if your looking for some good Asian food with a clean spacious interior and excellent service, I highly recommend checking this restaurant out.
Large spacious restaurant inside Le Parc. Outdoor patio area available. Plenty of parking space not like the plaza they were located in before. The service is excellent. The food is excellent. The seafood is excellent. Huge menu. Nice decor. The food came quickly. The teapot sits on top of a candle so it stays hot. Nice presentation. We ordered the set menu for 4 and we had 6 people and it was plenty of food. Our lobster was 3.5lbs and it was so tasty and enough for all of us. Looking forward to going back next week
Had an impromptu visit to this place for my mother's birthday on Sunday at lunch. Unfortunately the other lobster/seafood places nearby were booked to capacity. The menu was ~$600 for a king crab course where the crab was roughly 7lbs. It came with lightly steamed legs which were incredibly fragrant and semi-sweet, some deep fried joints and other parts, fried rice with the remaining meat + scallops, as well as a small side of veggies. However, due to capacity we were moved to a secondary banquet hall where they laid out extra tables. The service didn't suffer fortunately, but the atmosphere did. Now I don't claim to be a shellfish connoisseur but I know the general price for king crabs around these Chinese restaurants is similarly priced. So was it worth it? Well it made my mom happy so I'd take that as an absolute yes.
First the good part. They have extended into the old banquet hall next doors. They have now doubled the previous interior size. Finding a table should be a breeze. Now the not so good part. I find the dim sum to be tasting a bit bland. Everything seems to lack a bit of taste. It is also less salty. I went there on a Friday afternoon and 90% of the customers are seniors. Maybe that is the reason behind restrained use of salt and flavorings?
Really enjoy the food here. Ive had varied experiences. Some good, some bad. Today was good. Ordered a bunch of dim sum, but the ones that stood out was the fries shrimp and crab ovals and shrimp rolled in seaweed. Delicious.Food: 5/5
Food was delicious and space was gorgeous! Could definitely see this being a great clean venue for large events. Food was creative and delicious. The char siu is served on a dish that sits on top of candles that keep the meat warm/simmering while you eat and it was by far the best char siu I've ever had. Would recommend going here for this dish alone, but dim sum was delicious.
One of the best dim sum spots in Markham! I’ve been here a number of times — it’s located in Le Parc banquet hall so it’s very spacious with lots of tables. However, you usually have to wait for a table on the weekends and they will often prioritize regulars. We ordered a variety of dim sum dishes and had to try their lobster E-fu noodle — it all tasted pretty fresh! The food came fairly quickly but be warned, it does take longer on weekends. The price is slightly higher than average for dim sum but it is justified for the atmosphere and food quality.
December 2021 4 If you're looking for some higher end Chinese restaurant, you've come to the place. While this certainly not necessarily the best, it's none the less still pretty good... Though you are paying a higher price for the environment. This restaurant has high ceilings, private rooms, well spaced tables and a clean washroom with hot water yes some Chinese restaurants don't have hot water running. Food: Steamed Meat Ball - typical you'd find everywhere to be honest, but was was good. The Curry Cuttlefish was good, lots of rich curry sauce. The Shrimp Dumplings were great. Good tasty portions of fresh shrimp. The Rice Noodle is definitely good and recommended. The Rice Noodle was silky with a good soft texture. The Durian puffs were good, though I've had it elsewhere and it's about the same - light and flaky skin with a rich durian filling. The Salted Egg Bitter Melon was crispy tossed in a heavy dose of salted eggs yolk sauce. Very good if you like that type of food. Overall, pretty good, good atmosphere, but expect to spend at least 20$ on average per person.
I came here tonight for a familydinner and the food was really delicious, I really recommend ordering the BBQ pork and their lobster! as the food was seasoned very generously! the wait wasn't long and i got my food fairly quickly. the service was also great as the servers always came around checking if I needed anything and refilled my tea when it was running low. The place was also clean and had a very nicely decorated interior. Would recommend coming here for a delicious meal!!
The location is pretty convenient. The food is very good and the price is reasonable. We came as group of 8 and we order the 800 combo. It came with pecking duck, fish, lobster and crab. They also have very good desert option. The decor is nice too.
