Ruth's Chris Steak House

Our food was great. Our server Chris was charming and professional. He spoke well and took great care of us throughout our meal. My fiancée didn’t like his cocktail and they brought him a new one immediately without question. We had the tomahawk and it was perfect. Sarah the manager was polite and also checked in on us multiple times during our meal. Parking was convenient. Will come again.

Loved it here! Ambience is perfect and so is the food and service. Starter bread was warm and fresh. Had the dirty goose Martini which was very tasty and savoury with blue cheese stuffed olives. Had the caesar salad and tuna starters which were both very good. Steaks come out on a sizzling plate, shared the 24oz T-bone steak, lobster mac n cheese and the mashed potatoes. Then chocolate cake for dessert - which was very rich - I recommend sharing it. Everything was delicious!

Our server Paul H was accommodating of our request to change our calamari to a plain one instead of their version with a sweet and sour sauce over it, which was a bit spicy. He was also attentive. The only issue we had was with the sauce poured over the calamari. They could probably make it as a dipping sauce for those who don’t mind the spice. Overall, good experience. We’ll visit again for special occasions.

After 2 years of isolation and creative meal cooking we ventured out to eat something special. That’s right - our evening started with Matthew our host to call him waiter would not do him justice who made the evening magical BEFORE the food showed up. Sarah, who made my son feel like tonight was HIS night - which it was. The best food not exaggerating the best experience and don’t bother to drive downtown, don’t stress about parking. Don’t stress about construction work on the roads to get to your destination. Go to THIS location. Feel like royalty, eat like royalty. Order and not worry that the chef will get the right cook on your meat eaten too many medium request practically well done. Excellent service and excellent food. Our server of the night recommended a delicious wine. Crab cakes were stellar. Lobster bisque could have been a bit warmer and unfortunately, mine came with a piece of shell, ouch. Steak and brussel sprouts were on par, as expected.

Went to this restaurant on a Saturday, we didn’t plan for this dinner and just have a sudden craving for a nice piece of steak and was in the area and so there we go… since it’s still early, hopefully the place would still be empty as we still try to avoid crowd places but we are craving for a good piece of steak. Lol The reservation was easy, we called and asked if there is a table in 15 minutes, and there is one! Yay! We ordered the set menu, steak and shrimp and also the surf and turf…best value comparing to individual items. As appetizer, we got the lobster bisque and Caesar salad. The lobster bisque is very nice and flavourful and hot temperature wise, which is good! The Caesar salad is an average salad. The main dish, the steak fillet is served on the sizzling signature hot plate and knowing it’s on going to be on a hot plate, I ordered the steak to be medium rare so it’s tad bit over medium when i start eating it so it’s perfect for my liking. I recommend folks to do the same, order the steak abit rare for your normal liking and so it continue to cook on your plate when it’s on your table … the steak is good! As for the side dish, I didn’t expect much as it’s mash potatoes and creamy spinach. It’s ok as a side dish, the steak still the best! Lol! As dessert, it’s a mini cheese cake, nothing particularly stands out but still it’s a good piece of soft / flavourful cheesecake. In general, food are excellent but for the asking price, it should be. Want to mention I also ordered a regular coffee but it was abit watery for my taste and for $6, I expected a better cup. So factoring all that and the price performance , overall experience is 4 stars. Also wanted to mention the wall beside me and my table is abit dustymy last photo… just feels abit weird seeing the dust while I am eating.

Went for dinner at Ruth's Chris. We ordered from their classic menu selection. Ordered the calamari as appetizer and it was amazing. Steak was delicious. Service was phenomenal. It is pricey.Food: 5/5

Super impressed!! I heard a lot of good things about Ruth’s Chris and they definitely lived up to it. I thought the steak would be what I loved the most insanely delicious and cooked to perfection but the sides, appetizers and desserts were amazing as well. The service there was exceptional. I don’t even recall having to ask them first for anything - they were always one step ahead. I would definitely recommend this particular Ruth’s Chris!!

Celebrated my retirement here! The staff was amazing and the food was delicious. Chris our server was attentive and helpful with the menu. The manager Sarah was super lovely and checked in a couple times throughout dinner wishing me a happy retirements!

Had a wonderful experience at Ruth’s Chris this evening. We were celebrating our anniversary tonight and the entire staff were so friendly. Our server Luke did an outstanding job and all of the support team was fantastic. The food was delicious. We ordered the calamari as an appetizer, which was very flavourful and then ordered our main course from the prix fixe menu. The steak was cooked to perfection and the salad and side were very good. They gave us a nice anniversary gift, which was a slice of a chocolate torte. Excellent! Been here a few times and they never disappoint. Highly recommend!
