This place is brand new. I came here for takeout. I ordered their shengjianbao $6.99. In fact, this place offers discount 50% on their soft opening. Before September 15 it’s 50%. Staff was friendly and efficient services. Less than 5mins I got my takeout. I think they do have some baos ready to go. Will come back and try out other things.
The pan fried bao is not that good. The noodle soup is better than the bao.
Visited on a quiet Sunday lunchtime to pick up a quick snack. The service was friendly and efficient. Nice and clean. I ordered the shrimp wonton, the shrimp were tasty, the price was reflective of the size, so I think I'd have to order something more if it wasn't a quick snack.
Nice environment with delicious food! Would def recommend
By far the most disgusting and unsafe place I've eaten in a long time. The baos are undercooked. The kitchen is full of bugs. I found maggots in my soy milk. The service is terrible. The meat was spoiled and had a foul sour smell the moment I opened the takeout container. This place needs to be shut down by the Health Inspector and pay heavy fines. Please avoid this place for your own sake.
We waited 30min for 4 Baos and 3 shouzhuabing and then got kicked out of the restaurant because we bought $13 of food but they had a 15$ minimum consumption for seats and we were not given notice about it. I politely mentioned to the manager that it would be nice for them to set up a sign about their so called “$15 minimum consumption” but the manager was very rude. The food was mediocre, I wouldn’t say it’s bad but not that good either. It is also really expensive. Definitely not worth it.
It's not worthy to try, waste time. Compare to Shanghai authentic shengjian bao,I don't think they are authentic. We ordered 2 dishes shengjian bao, they said we need to waited15mins. Finally we waited 45 mins. I won't come back again.
Jing's Bao was a cute place! Very nice staff and service. The Bao were delicious and hot. The shrimp wonton soup tasted homemade--so tasty! I would definitely go back here.
Pan fried Buns and wonton are their strong suite but pricey. Vegetarian buns have mediocre taste and too much carrots stuffed in it. The potsticker is not freshly cooked and too doughy.
The vegetarian steamed buns are so tasty. And the black sesame pancake tastes like sweet popcorn!
