My daughter and her friends went to the pool at the Holiday Inn Lethbridge last night, as they have done many times in the past, and were verbally abused by the hotel manager. As they were waiting at the windows by the pool area the manager came over to the girls and told them to vacate the premises in a very rude manner. They were very scared by the way the manager treated them and they are afraid that they can never return to enjoy the pool. They were told that the pool was closed to the public only after the manager rudely told them to leave. I understand that when the hotel is busy the pool is closed to the rest of the community. A simple sign at the door informing people as to that fact is all that is needed. I am appalled at the tone the manager used to inform these young ladies about the closure. To treat people like that, in a customer service industry, is extremely disappointing and for them to feel threatened is not a way to get people to want to return.

Easily accessible & good location. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Kids loved the pool & waterslides. Front desk service was friendly & helpful. Recommend and will visit again.

We went as day users for the wave pool and water slides. The waves were never turned on, the hot tub was warm at best and the pool is a bit dated. However, there were no crowds and the life guard was attentive. Also, they had a door propped open with a fan, more for the staff than the guests, which created a draft in the hot tub area. Until Lethbridge gets a leisure centre this location will suffice for a mediocre pool visit.

The people at the front desk were pleasant and very helpful. The room was excellent, as was the swimming pool. My family thought staying at the hotel was the best part of our trip.

Waited too long to be seated, entrance is bare, and no hostess was anywhere to be seen... got a table, waited for our friends, service was average, nothing spectacular, our friends were also never greeted and stood at the entrance waiting to be seated for too long, other than that, food is alright and drinks are good
