Studio 6 Toronto ON

Clean appearance, bed comfortable, all amenities needed - stove, fridge, table, chairs, coffee machine. Friendly assistance at the front desk. Dinged one star due to only one coffee cup and the glass sticking to the counter. Room is small, which was fine for me. Proximity to decent late-night eating and many other commercial venues.

Excellent location for access to Toronto Western Hosp. with good parking available. Hallways are very attractive and clean. Room was reasonably clean with excellent amenities. Front desk area leaves a lot to be desired. All in all, good value.

This was the second time staying at Studio 6. It is in a very convenient location for Toronto Western. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. On the downside, the beds were very uncomfortable. The second time we had twin beds and we could feel the springs coming through. The common areas of the hotel are dated and the elevator doesn't run smoothly.

This was a bit of a surprising find. It's a mid range hotel a stone's throw from Kensington Market, Chinatown and Queen Street so it's well placed. Even better, it's got a great taste in parking for only $15. The building is a renovated apartment from the 70s or 80s which comes up in the lack of extra amenities (say a pool) and with an aged elevator. The room itself, however, was really nice. It is a little small but the renovations are great with only scuffed wall paint to really criticise. The bed was comfortable and it had a spacious fridge and stocked kitchenette with prep space, knives, pots and pans. It would definitely be a good place to stay for an extended visit with lots of restaurants and Garden View nearby for food. If not driving, the streetcar stops right at August a Ave which is a short walk away. Can't comment on the service since I didn't really run into much. The check in was friendly and the place was clean so all good on that front. It's a good place if you want to be right downtown and don't need a lot of extras at the hotel itself. I'd definitely look into it again if I needed a longer stay and wanted to eat in and live for a brief time.

I thought the hotel was very clean. We liked the fact that it had a fridge, sink, and stove. We were able to make our meals. It was very convenient to get to Toronto Western Hospital which is why we were staying in Toronto. Customer service was great.
