This motel should have a better star rating. Every single staff member is extremely polite and friendly. The owner of this motel should be very grateful to have such good team because I’m sure it’s not easy at times dealing with the types of personalities that stay at motels. The manager is an absolute asset to this motel

EXCELLENT!! I enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was very clean. I enjoyed staying at this hotel very much, and it’s not overpriced either. If I ever need a place to stay whenever I come back I’ll be definitely staying here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately our flight was canceled out of Pearson and we needed to spend the night in the area. Air Canada pays $300, so we needed to find something close in that price range, which is what we paid.nThe floor was both sticky and slippery when we walked in the door. Areas of the carpet were wet. The walls were damaged and wallpaper peeling. There was black mold on the ceiling in the main room and above the shower. The bath mat on the tub was dirty. We used our own sanitizing wipes to clean the surfaces, as they were not clean. The air conditioner barely worked and was missing knobs to adjust. And to top it all off, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Save yourself some time and frustration and AVOID this hotel!

Terrible experience… Lady at desk was rude and disrespectful towards her costumers especially after the fact we had a terrible smell in room and found two condoms in our room. One used and other not. Absolutely disgraceful.
