Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The Enterprise folks are extremely helpful and willing to go beyond to make your experience great. I have forgotten things in the rental car and they've been caring enough to call me up (right away) and return then before my flight took off on my flight. The facilities are in need of a face lift, but I care more about the quality of the vehicle and the service then how nice the building looks. I will continue to use Enterprise for my car rental needs.

Americans must READ!!!! If you don't have roaming activated when you get to the rental desk, make sure you ask for a receipt with a bar code. Otherwise, you can't get out of the parking structure. When you return the car, pull up to one of the lanes and part it, take the keys AND DROP THEM IN THE KEY BOX BY THE PHONE BOTH-LIKE OFFICE in front of the returned cars; then walk away. That's it. The staff was friendly and professional and the car was clean. Highly recommend.

Wanted to call and ask a quick question. Called 5 times and none would answer the phone. System wanted me to email the reason for my call and they would get back to me! What ever happened to a real person answering the phone! Called another rental service and had prompt service..

It is impossible to reach these people at the counter. They will not pick up the phone. I need to alter my reservation, and the only option is to call the location where I booked it. Should be easy, however no matter how many times I call they will not answer. Customer service when you really need it is terrible. With so many other options available at Pearson, why deal with this? Infuriating.

I was highly impressed with my experience at the Toronto Airport. When we arrived, there was no line and David greeted me right away. My check in took about three minutes total. We were out the door with bags in less than five minutes and when we walked outside, we were greeted by a second person (Sorry I forgot his name) who showed us to our choice of cars in the row. We chose a new Ford Fusion as sadly, there were no Ferrari's available. The car was clean and new with only a few thousand kilometers on it. From arrival to departure in the car was less than 10 minutes. Very well done!
