One of the best rental companies i have experienced. Very good car conditions, nice and clean, free local pick ups and drop off. Its better to pay ﹰsome extra money if you are looking for a better and profesdional service.

Worst rental company! Have been speaking to them all day about renting a car they were supposed to have ready the day before! They however decided to leave early even though they tell people that they are a 24hr business. They work closely with the body shop fixing our car but we're very rude when he called to ask them why no one was there. I spoke to them as well and they were the same. Owners Raj and Shawn don't know how to deal with customers or run a business. Unreliable and unprofessional. Don't waste your time! In responses yours. I did have a car reserved as you were speaking to my father the entire day to set up a time for pick up. He informed you that I would be done work and at the body shop by 8:30. You told the body shop owner you left early because you were sick. Call a spade a spade. If professionalism is your priority you would have informed us that you had to leave early and we could have arranged a different pick up situation. AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Rented a car from here, and it was sketchy from the very beginning. They charge you an additional $25 for every toll charge made in their vehicle. Being from the states, i accidently ended up on the one toll road in Toronto and called them immidiately. They told me they put a note on my account that they wouldnt chare me the additional charges and i exited immidiately. 2 months later i find a charge for $69.97. I have attached what they sent me to justify the charge. Let me know if you can find where they came up with the $69.97 beacuse i couldn't. After pulling teeth, i finally got them to reimburse me $25 but was still stuck with $44.97. They told me "this is the best we can do". Pathetic. Pay the extra $10 / day and rent somewhere else. This place was a JOKE. (Response to there reply below) I understand the terms and conditions. But when a customer calls in and tells you that they knowingly made the mistake of getting on a toll and you specifically said that you will make a note on the account and I WILL NOT BE CHARGED THE EXTRA FEES, dont come back and charge me the fees. That is called lying. Your business revolves around customer service. Do a better job at it. Can you please explain how you came up with the 69.97? It appears you pulled a number out of your ass and charged me for it.

Very friendly service, car was in great condition. They even have a pick up and drop off service! Thanks for making my life easier!

Worst service ever. Got a rental from them because the body shop recommended even though it was not a preferred shop from insurance. However, very unprofessional service. First of all they pre charged a large sum of money ..way above the negotiated rate by the insurance company. Also when it we tried to pay the correct amount and get the extra money back, they asked us to reschedule twice!! The person on the phone was like I have something important to do.. very unprofessional. Never recommending this place to anyone.
