Routes Car Rental

My experience here was beyond great. Vicki the manager of the store was very understanding with my then situation and Vivian the charismatic agent that helped me process my rental with an ease was also awesome. I have traveled a few places in the world and this so far was the best. Also worth mentioning that I got a great upgrade from what I reserved online! Instead of bland Nissan Rogue, they got me a hefty Jeep Wrangler Sahara at no extra cost!! Perfect for the crazy winter days of Toronto! To anyone staying in the Toronto area and will be needing a rental car, try Routes!

Customer Service is exceptional, I’ve been dealing with Najia and she has gone above and beyond expectations. The cars new, very nice and clean. The airport shuttle is extremely easy and it’s all at competitive prices. 5 stars.

BEWARE - They do not honour unlimited mileage for Ontario drivers. I booked online for the good deal on Expedia and it stated unlimited mileage for Routes. When I picked up the car, they said they charge $0.50/km for Ontario drivers after I told them I was going to Ottawa + Montreal. I cancelled and went to Enterprise Rental that honours unlimited mileage to all drivers. Plus they charge you $50.00 for the cancellation.

These guys are by far the best in town. Nice vehicles with affordable pricing and great service. I rented a car from them for the second time in two months and was not disappointed.

If i could give ZERO star, I would do so for sure. I rented a mini van a few months ago and Routes Car Rental was TOTALLY CHEATING on customer. They said there was an dent on the rear molding which was really like a tiny "screatches" on it and when we picked up the van from them, they did not let me check this part. We paid almost $500 for this and the other day when i rent the same mini van from the other company-enterprise rent a car, the manager said the rear molding is intended to protect the vehicle so Routes should NOT have charge us at all, that was totally cheating on customer. Anyways, DO NOT rent from Routes as you may be the next victim. They use low price to attract your attention but you get what you pay and the cheating will totally ruined your good mood and vacation in Toronto 😡😡😡😡😡
