Zoom Rent A Car

This company is a bit far from the airport, so if you just want to land and go, it's not for you. But they do offer a free shuttle that will pick you up in about 15-20 minutes after you call them. The service is great. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I got upgraded for free to a beautiful new car (it literally only had 20 km on it when I got it). The price was exactly as advertised with no hidden fees.

Unbeatable price, great and attentive stuff. And I got a proof, by the way. When picking a car I didn't notice a big scratch on the bottom of the car. But at return I was pointed at it and a bit confused coz I'm extremely careful driver. Thou Max (a guy at the counter) checked this damage and figured out that this scratch is old and not my fault. So no penalties!) thank you once again. Great company, I would definitely recommend it to everyone))

This company was wonderful! My father rented a car with them and they were very friendly and down to earth. Hit it off so well you'd think they were friends for years upon just meeting. Offered him a great deal for the weekend and even drove him to and from the airport. Superior service and excellent personalities, 10 stars would be more fitting.

I had checked out prices for a rental car and Zoom had the best prices. I was picked up promptly from Pearson Airport. The Shuttle driver was very kind and helpful. The counter person rented me a great car. It was clean and mechanically sound. There was a gas station right next door. Everything went well. They looked after me well. It was affordable so l could have a vacation! I would recommend this service highly. Thank-you Mike at Zoom Rentals!

It was an awesome experience renting with Zoom rent a car. Friendly and knowledgeable staff with amazing brand new car collection. Thank you for making my trip so much memorable and I don't really understand what these one stars are talking about. Looks like they are just frustrated or stressed in their life and taking it out on businesses. Highly recommend Zoom If you are in Toronto 👍👍
