E-Z car rental

There’s a reason this place has such a low rating, the location has no sense of service they spring surprise charges on you when you get there and their response is read the fine print. The agents are not helpful or even friendly. I was brought to check my car in the dark in a corner and thankfully my friend found a HUGE dent because if I had missed it Who knows what they would charge me. They put a $500 authorization on your credit cards immediately and then you can pay upon drop off. Pay the difference and book at a major rental car company and avoid the anxiety from booking here! It’s not worth the discount!!!

This place gets some bad reviews, however my experience has been great. I have rented a car from here 3 times in the last month. Best price, great service and great car each time. There are some confusing issues about mileage due to third party website booking. The booking process indicates its unlimited mileage, but EZ policy is 200km per day. Thanks team.

This is an unreliable and disorganized company that really doesn't care. We asked for a full size SUV seating 6, the company was offered us a 5-seater instead. They lack basic customer service skills. If you are looking for a reliable rental do not book here.

I booked through an online booking agent. The staff was friendly, helpful when I discovered I flew in and out of the downtown airport and not Pearson. They helped me figure out how to get back and forth easily. The price was awesome, the car was fantastic, and when I returned the car it actually cost a filler less than the quote. Lol. On top of all that, my full deposit was returned in only a few days, faster than any other I’ve ever had from hotels or car rentals! I will definitely recommend and would use them again.

Good car. Buy the insurance using the web site in US$. It's cheaper than to buy on the counter. All in all, it was a great experience.
