NU car Rentals

Very shady place waiting to con you with a variety of hidden charges you won't be even made aware of until you find them on your credit card bill. Not going there again. Also false advertisement of cheap prices. The catch is they're not including liability insurance. You have to bring your own or buy theirs. So you come in thinking your rental is ready for pick up only to be unpleasantly surprised that you have to pay way more than advertised because they post their rates not including liability. Most rental companies include liability insurance in their rates hence they come off as more expensive.

Good value, but gave us a bigger car even though we wanted a more manageable drive.

When I pick up a rental I expect it to be full of gas and I return it full of gas. This one was less than half full and to be returned with the same. I hope I can guess ok. My wife and I drive the same vehicles at home and we have identical insurance yet this company wants extra to allow both to drive. Ridiculous! $50 each time if I get on the 407 even if by error! A decent car but not what I asked for.

Don't know why they got review rates so low. I had very good experience. The thing they can improve is that to explain more clear how people get there after arrived Pearson Airport. You need take rail transit to a place called Viscount, and call them, so they pick you up out of the building.
