Went in not knowing how to work my phone and needing photocopies. The librarian was very helpful, as usual. They are always very helpful. He showed me how to use the feature on my phone properly and did my photocopies as well. Lovely, clean, and very busy library. I wish it was a bit quieter, but when your location is that busy, it will never be quiet.

I am quite disappointment regarding the lack of gender-specific bathrooms in the library facility. Having only gender-neutral bathrooms is unacceptable and infringes on the privacy and comfort of patrons who identify as male or female.nnI believe it is essential to provide separate bathrooms for males and females, as it is a basic right and a matter of personal hygiene. This issue needs to be addressed promptly to ensure a comfortable and inclusive environment for all patrons.nnJust unacceptable!!!!!!!!!

The old man is gray hair is very nice but he forgot to sign my video game out and gave me one without the disc. It’s also very long. The only good part is the movie shows in the library. The staff looks like they are gonna kill you. Go to heritage valley it’s better.

A lady was too rude talking. I talked to her twice, not good at all. I returned a Dvd but there is something wrong with the system and did not update in my account.nI came to talk in person but the way she talked like I didn’t return the item and asked me to return them in time. That is something wrong with your system, not me. Even I am late for returning the item, when I actual returned it already, your system should update that in my account.nAnd don’t ask kids to not take out the stickers from books, since kids are kids. That is not their fault, staffs should think again about the way they talk.

Spacious library with lots of seating areas. There is a large children's area in the back. There are also lots of computer terminals if you want to get on the internet. Easy checkout process as there are three self checkout machines. There is also lots of free parking out front.
