Over the years I have brought my daughter to various locations of libraries. We have been to sing, sign, laugh, and learn, preschooler problem solver's and today the music makers. All of these programs are great, however I find the music makers by far the best and most needed, especially for this age group. The sing, sign, laugh and learn at several different locations are geared for mostly infant to three-year-olds, however mostly infant to age 2 attend and the older kids are out of place. As for the new preschooler problem solving, it is so limited that they only give out 10 tickets. You must arrive very early to get a ticket for entry. They need to expand this program. A lot of parents were upset that they had showed up early (20 minutes) and still could not get into the program. They could easily take 20 kids if they had another instructor to help. Music makers is by far the best program I have ever taken my daughter too. The instructor was extremely interactive and had all of the kids engaged! They also had a few other instructors in the room in case they were needed. It is much needed at other locations. Perfect for 4-6 year olds.

I went in to The Meadows branch EPL last night to get my son & I a library card. We were greeted by Julia and she was FANTASTIC the customer service she provided was OUTSTANDING. She got us all set up with our library cards, bags and showed us around. My son is almost 2 was so happy he enjoyed his time at EPL and thanks to Julia she made our experience that much better.
Thank you for the amazing experience Julia we look forward to dealing with you at our next visit.

I can’t actually speak to the quality of this library but its 24 hr return was not where I expected and in fact it was behind a brick wall so quite hard to find and no signage since I figured it would be a frequently asked question but I guess I’m the only one returning library books after 11pm on a Friday :(

Beautiful library! I have been many times however when there are A LOT of noisy children and teens. Perhaps I'm old fashioned but i feel quiet voices belong in the library. What happened to common courtesy and respect of others?
