Edmonton Public Library - Jasper Place

I usually come here to print the documents and use the computers, and the space is just huge! Theres countless amouts of seats to go and study. Sometimes its loud, and sometimes its the perfect amount of noise. Its located near a construction site, so walking there is a bit complicated but doable.

I absolutely love this EPL branch!nnEvery visit is such a positive experience. The staff here are incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming.nnThe kids’ space is bright, clean, safe, and thoughtfully set up for little ones. There are great books, fun toys, and plenty of room for children to explore and enjoy themselves. My child always looks forward to coming here!

Yes, the library is phenomenal, it is the staff who imbue it with true distinction. Robin, in particular, is an embodiment of a brilliant librarian! Thank you!

Dear library manager!nnI would like to submit a complaint regarding an issue I repeatedly face at the library. I go there regularly to study, but there is a person who stays in the library from the moment it opens until it closes, spending the entire time playing games on the computer.nnAdditionally, he keeps putting a tissue in his nose every minute and then places the used tissue back on the table. I don’t understand what is going on or whether the library has any supervision at all. If there is no responsible staff member, then does that mean we are also allowed to behave the same way this ill-mannered and unhygienic person does?nnIn my opinion, a library is meant for studying and learning, not for cleaning one’s nose for hours.nUnfortunately today I used my personal prefume because of bad smile.nI hope you can take action about this issue.nThank nTahir

Please make sure to keep the library noise-free as much as possible. It's tolerable if there are kids around, but those LIBRARIANS WHO ARE LAUGHING AND TALKING SO LOUD IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. just right now they are freaking loud downstairs and you can hear their voices LOUD AND CLEAR ALL THE WAY UP TO THE SECOND FLOOR, PEOPLE ARE TRYING TO DO THEIR STUFF and studying as well......
