Edmonton Public Library - Jasper Place

The environment here is quite nice and relatively quiet, making it a great place to stay focused. The staff are incredibly responsible and have a wonderful attitude. During my visit, I didn’t know how to use the printer, but a staff member noticed, came over right away, and patiently guided me through the process step-by-step. They were so helpful and kind!

Really happy with my experience here. The people and staff are genuinely nice, empathetic, and helpful. They took the time to listen, explain things clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. You can tell they actually care about the people they’re helping, which I really appreciated. Definitely a positive experience and would recommend this place.

Came in for my first library card and to use the printer. The gentleman who helped with my library card was very polite and thorough about everything. It was so easy to create!nThe printer was very easy to use as well. Can't wait to start some good reading and studying here!

Cute little library to come and visit. They have a scavenger hunt, fish tank, early literacy programs, tablets and very friendly staff.

I am extremely disappointed with my visit to the City Library today. I went in specifically needing to use a web scanner for an urgent document, only to find out they don't even have two web scanners available for public use.For a major public facility, you would expect basic, modern digital tools to be readily accessible. Having such limited equipment is incredibly frustrating and completely unhelpful for anyone trying to get actual work done. I won't be coming back here to use their services again
