Edmonton Public Library - Woodcroft (Westmount)

Place was sad, disgusting and unsafe.. lots of homeless people and could smell urine at the computer desk and the bathroom smelt disgusting, could smell it From the doorway might, As I wasn’t walking in that bathroom. Computers having issues, n printers. Customer service was great though. Hope they get paid well!

They don't look happy to help attending to check out borrowing books. No smiling, bad print of receipt, and It took too long for someone to come help even when they knew.

Joanna in EPL Westmount provided excellent solutions to my queries and advise on books. As a new comer in Edmonton, it was an excellent experience. EPL is a great place to add learning

I really enjoy this Library!. The customer service is great the people who work here are great!. I have not had a negative instance and I have visited for more than 3 yrs!. If you live in the area and are young old with kids without. Go check out the library. Computers quiet place to read or do school work rent movies games music books!.

Amazing kids programs, especially during the summer. The staff is very respectful and welcoming.

I loved this library ever since I was little. Listen. It's small, it's simple, but it's honest. You know where to get your books. The staff will help you. You know where programs are. You go to see the fish. A visit to woodcroft is a comfortable routine. Woodcroft is an old friend who's there to help you in times of need. 211 doesn't seem to know their social worker isn't in right now, but that's not their fault. They gave me a granola bar and water and that's more than any other Stanger would.

The staff here are great. This location recently got a computer update. Clean bathrooms and always packed with people of all ages - from toddlers to seniors which is really great to see. I am a HUGE fan of the staff picks and hits to go that I pick up once a week. Only wish the hours were a little longer!

Small facility but it has everything to cover your basic, and entertainment needs. Staff are polite and friendly which is a plus.
