Beautiful Library.nThe library is modern and clean. Staff are nice and helpful.nYou can study here without distraction at the quiet zone.nThere is a program room that host various programs.nParking is free and there are lots of them including EV charging station.nThere are accessibility access within the library.nnThere is a recycling station just outside the library.nnThe library is a few distance from Millwood shopping center and the LRT station. Make it a great location if you don't drive.

This is such a bright, open and spacious library. It's not the fanciest but it's always got what I'm looking for. The librarians are so helpful, knowledgable and kind.nMore seating would be great but even I have no idea where it would go! It's always busy here, I think it should expand!

I never know when the toddler program is going. We come all the time but it seems to be different times and no one asks kids if they want to join so i am unsure if my 4 year old can go in the room. My FOUR yr old saw the kids playing with bubbles and wanted to go inside. The lady, who is supposed to be nice to children told my little girl sorry this isnt for you you werent in the program. How do you say that to a little child. And you are supposed to be a professional child care staff. I have been to many libraries and they have never treated a kid like that. They are welcome any time throughout the activity. Im in so much shock. Shes just a little kid.

The staff here are absolutely amazing. They're polite, helpful, friendly and you truly feel that they love their job. I am sure all of the EPL staff are like this but I have only dealt with the Millwoods branch and am thoroughly impressed with them. In addition, the branch has so much to offer including books !, DVDs, games, computer access and much more.
