Today, 2nd of November 2024, I was inside the library studying for my exam with my laptop at the last table on the far left. The staff lady came to me saying that I have to move from the table to another place because the table is reserved and she put a sign mentioning that every Saturday from 2:30 pm this table is reserved. I said OK and moved to one of the PC desks with my laptop. Then, after one hour, the staff guy came to me asking me to move to any other desk because this desk is reserved, which I don't understand. I told him that your colleague asked me to move from the other table and you're asking me again to move but he don't want to listen to me because he is coming to me with full authority and decision made and I just have to move, otherwise its a problem. Anyhow, to avoid conflict and arguing and out of respect to the place and not to both of them, I left the library, but I was truly angry. My question is, is it a public library or a reserved library? Secondly, if the seat or desk is reserved for any unknown reason, why you don't put a sign from morning before anyone sit and mention the time of the reservation because i feel you people are just selective and you'r favoring people based on your own interest. Lastly, what is the difference between my PC desk and other PC desks that you want me to move to? Why does your friend not sit on that free desk if all PC desks are the same? All I am trying to say to the two negative staff members on the 2nd of November 2024 is to have some respect please to yourself and to the others, don't look down to me and don't make BS justifications. Just be respectful. I thank the other staff of the library on previous days, the guy with glasses and the lady who has something in her nose, these two are very supportive and respectful. Note: I left the library to the two negative staff and I will never come back there, enjoy it.

I came to pick up a book that I had on hold and the ladies at the front had more joy and excitement than I have experienced it quite some time. They both sort of jumped up, and while it was not quite a squee, it was pretty close. If we all could not only enjoy our jobs, plus reading, even a quarter as much as these women showed me today the world we be an immeasurably better place
This EPL branch is a wonderful neighborhood library. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and we got our library cards without any wait. The printing services are excellent too. I highly recommend this location.
