My Fiance and I bought a used X5 from this location a few weeks ago. Dmitri was our sales rep and we could not have had a better experience. From the start he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he made us feel like we were important to him, and most importantly he wanted us make our decisions based on what what right for us. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with really cared about us and our experience. We will definitely be back for our next vehicle and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

Dmitri was consistently responsive, professional and achieved an excellent result in finding the vehicle I was looking for and delivering it at a fair price. My wife and I went to this location last week to see the 2017 BMW X3. Our sales consultant, Gary Chen assisted us in showing us the car at night time. From the beginning, Gary was very welcoming, friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the car and did not only answer all of our questions, but also took the time to demonstrate all of the many features on the vehicle. He gave us time to test drive the car and never once pressured us. Gary was honest and showed great appreciation towards his customers, helping us get a decent price on the X3 model. Gary met with us again to go over the car and ensure that everything was taken care of. Since our purchase, he has followed up with us to see how we are doing with our new car. I would definitely recommend BMW Autohaus if you are looking for a new car. Thank you Gary!

I purchased X6 from BMW Autohause, and I really appreciated their excellent customer service. Specially thanks to my sale advisor who is Eric Huang. He is so friendly, patient and professional on all kind of complex cases. Moreover, the delivery specialist who is Andrei Podeanu did a wonderful service when I picked up my car. He explained all the documents one by one clearly, and he taught me every single function about the car. He is really professional and kindly to help me recognized my car.
