AVOID this store at all costs. So you think you may save a buck by buying something refurbished, well think again. I both a Canon inkjet printer for 99$ (including 1 cartridge which I did not have to buy as there was a cartridge included, but the 'helpful' sales guy forgot to tell me). So on coming home I am trying to put the cartridge in the printer; which did not work as there was a piece missing.The cartridge must be placed in a removable bay which you then slide into the slot. And that removable bay was not there anymore. So I go back and tell them that they just (1 hour ago) sold me an incomplete printer which is unworkable. Their answer was flabbergasting - to put it mildly - all sales are final and I need to contact Canon directly to get that missing part!!! So a cheep printer??? Think again. Utter, utter, utter rip off. PLEASE AVOID STORES LIKES THESE AT ALL COSTS

Best location in the province! They are super friendly and knowledgeable here. I love the staff and managers. Always willing to help and research parts and solutions. Will continue to visit often. Highly recommended!

I have been a customer of Canada Computers for many years now. They have grown from a rather small business to a real powerhouse for computer stuff. Last week I had a big job installing electronics and computer equipment at the clients office. Canada Computers made the whole experience as easy as it could be. I had to get bags of wires, adapters and network cards. I had to get a few extra items to ensure that I can finish the job in one go. So when I came back the next day to return extras, once again the whole experience was painless and quick. So after all these years I feel obliged to write this review and give these guys a big thumbs up! Dimitri

Great store i needed a laptop for school and the guys working here were super helpful and friendly highly recommended i hate my experience going to best buy not my favorite for computer shopping

MING.J SHOULD BE FIRED Worst experience with this store all the staff are running around doing nothing like literally nothing. MING.J was rude to us and rejected to even help us at one time by saying quote "I dont have time right now" he doesn't smile, he has a dead face.I don't know why they are allowed to work there. AS A COSTUMER IM OFFENDED. its clear he doesn't to work there, it's strange he's still working there. He doesn't like it then he should be fired.
