I recently picked up a V90 from Bryan and Omar. I have to say, they provided truly amazing service and are very knowledgeable about the product. Bryan went over and above to assist me in my vehicle choice. I have purchased many cars and their service has been one of the best I’ve experienced ! I would recommend dealing with Bryan and Omar, it was incredibly easy and stress free. Thanks again guys

I have purchased a number of vehicles from this dealership and had my cars serviced there for a long time. This year I took the car in for a tune up and to get the snow tires taken off and my summer tires (on rims) installed. I received a call from the service department (Jenny) advising that one of my summer rims was bent and had to be replaced ($641). I was told that two of my summer tires were separating and had to be replaced. I was suspicious because the tires were fairly new and no-one said anything about the rim being bent when it was taken off the car so I took the tires to an independent tire dealer who told me that both the rims and tires were fine. Draw your own conclusions but i will not be returning to this place for any work that is not warranty. I will not be buying any more product from this place either.

When shopping for my next vehicle, I visited Volvo Villa and was greeted by Stan Sharvit. My experience with Stan was extremely positive. Stan was courteous, very professional, and knowledgeable above average about his product. He took the time to discuss the various features of our prospect vehicle, tour me around, and was available for any follow-up questions. Most of all, Stan is a discrete gentleman that respects your space and let you reach a decision without the usual pressure sometime experienced with other advisers. I ended up not purchasing a Volvo for other reasons, despite it is an amazing product. However, I feel compelled to express my thanks to Stan for the very positive experience. If I ever decide to acquire a Volvo in the future, there is no doubt to whom I will go to. If you visit Volvo Villa please ask for Stan.

Helped me out in a pinch! (even though I had purchased elsewhere) I had a flat tire on my XC90 and needed help fast to get me home - the team at Volvo Villa was exceptional in helping me out and navigating through some 'paperwork roadblocks' as well to get me back on the road fast. Very smooth and friendly customer service - thank you so much!

Poor Service. Brought my XC 60 for regular maintenance schedule, and was advised that more repairs were required and cost was about $2K! and promised me a loan car as parts were not available. Than a call from service manager Dave Longo that they can not give a loan car and I should pay 50% of rental car!! Wrong person in wrong position!! As I end up by taking the car without completing the repairs. I do not recommend this dealership and will not go back.
