I received my new car Blazer on Wednesday from Roy Foss Thornhill. The experience with Mo Mir was 5 stars. This is my second experience with him and I’m very satisfied with the service he provided me ,I would definitely recommend him.
I received my new Cadillac XT6 this week from my sales rep Moe Mir. The entire process from start to finish was amazing with him! He was very professional, knowledgable, patient and responsive. Even though the dealership is about an hour drive from where I live, I’m so happy to have worked with him and his team. I would strongly recommend him and the dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Cadillac
My experience with Roy Foss Customer Service was very pleasant. I had a minor issue with my car that I purchased from the dealership. In response to dealerships President's courtesy letter, I brought up the issue to his knowledge and he immediately responded to me email and arranged to fix the problem through very courteous and efficient staff. I am very much satisfied with the dealerships customer service.
EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! I went in for a routine maintenance service and my appointment was with Mariam. She was friendly and very professional. Since I have an older vehicle It was due for some upkeep. She was upfront and honest about what I needed and booked me in for my next visit. Overall, great experience and the complimentary car wash was definitely a plus!! Absolutely Recommend. In addition to the high quality cars, whole the personnel from the smiley receptionist to my sale agent are providing outstanding service to customers. My agent today was Moe-Mir. This is my second encounter and I am very satisfied with the service he provided today. From beginning to ending it was Just a peace of mind working with this helpful sales person. I appreciate him for accommodating me in his busy schedule today and I highly recommend working with Moe-Mir in Royfoss Thornhill to everyone. Thank you Moe!
Fourth free oil and filter change out of eight, and Roy Foss employees did a great job starting with a smooth appointment booking. Upon arrival I was greeted by Maryam who dealt with the whole process with patience and in a professional manner. I had to leave the vehicle there overnight so they could check the brakes the next morning, but it was no problem at all since Maryam arranged a free rental car from Enterprise located in their location. The whole process took 15 minutes. The next day, David, himself, who is the Service department manager, got in the car with me to make sure there's nothing wrong with the brakes and that I am satisfied with their services. And Elvis got the car washed for a second time when he noticed some soap stains remaining on the vehicle. I will definitely go to Roy Foss for my next Cadillac.
I bought my first new vehicle from Moe at Roy Foss Thornhill. 2022 Colorado ZR2 I’m from out of town Ottawa and came there just for that truck. Moe and the staff were awesome and treated me like gold. They went out their way to get the truck ready sooner so I could take it home after the weekend trip. I would recommend anyone, even out of towners, to go see Moe for a truly happy buying experience. Thanks to everyone at Roy Foss for helping me with my first new truck.
We were an “easy sell” as we knew exactly what we were looking for, and we also knew that stock is very limited these days. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Isaac. He got us a good deal, was organized and made the process smooth and as quick as we wanted! Would recommend him and this dealership.
Bought my first Cadillac from Roy Foss through a gentleman by the name of MJ who made the process extremely smooth. He went above and beyond making the purchase a pleasant one. Excellent customer service and very professional all around.
I went in for the oil change and checkup and a warning when I start the car. They took me at my appointment time. I waited in the beautiful comfortable Cadillac showroom. I felt like I was in my living room. The cappuccinos were delicious. I felt exactly the same as when I went to Mercedes Benz Midtown. It took a while to resolve the warning light so they Ubered me home and Ubered me back when my car was ready,. I am very impressed.
