I’d been looking for a new car since mid-2021. I finally decided on an RDX A-Spec and had a checklist of musts very low kms, price, certified, extended warranty, colour, trim, etc. Sounds simple enough, but, boy, was I wrong. After scouring Acura sites across Ontario and even in QC & BC, I was preparing myself to do something I wasn’t comfortable with and buy online out of province. For that kind of money, commitment and reliance, I want to see it in person; touch it, drive it, look it over front to back myself. Then during one of my online Ontario searches, I found it! I reached out to Acura of North Toronto and was contacted by Ryan. From the start he was so helpful. He was very knowledgeable of the model I was testing and made sure to answer any questions I had. I never felt any pressure while we were talking about the vehicle and we even had a few laughs during the test drive. Happy to say, I signed the papers that day and scooped up this beauty I’m proud to call mine. I was able to find exactly what I was searching for at Acura of North Toronto while getting fantastic pressure-free service. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a car. You won’t be disappointed!
Long time Acura owner and I recently purchased a CPO RDX from them last month. The customer service rep was nice and helpful and knew my visit needed to be quick, so he would run around the store to get things fast. Unfortunately days after owning the car, a sensor went and needs to be replaced, as well as the bumper which I was told was fixed, started to sag. Customer service wasn't very helpful with this, however since Ali has taken over he has been positive and helpful. I am not sure if I am 100% comfortable myself, as it reaches end of warranty in 6000 km, but happy Ali has been working hard to make me feel valued and working on fixing these issues. I will provide updates on how things shake out.
I have a good experience buying used MDX from them. They have so much varity and staff is so well trained n helpful too specially Eric who helped us making everything easy and so smooth. Definately recommend it. thumbs up!!
As a longtime Acura customer my wife and I have had 5 each!, the reason we keep coming back, besides the value and great automobiles...It's the SERVICE! From G.M to Salespersons and especially to the SERVICE PROFESSIONALS. On my last scheduled service visit, I was assisted by "Grace", a new addition to the front line Service Desk...and I can see why she was promoted to this position. Courteous, Friendly, Efficient and Knowledgeable...Perfect for the position. I will be contacting Grace for all my service needs. Thank You Grace!
My last service experience on July 21, 2022 was excellent! Had some concerns looked at and resolved without being forced to do additional work that was not required. Grace, my service advisor that day, was very professional, thorough and cordial. Great dealing with her that day.
I had good experience purchasing Acura from this dealership. I was dealing with Wallace Wu.Wallace was professional and helpful. Price negotiation and credit approval were quick and I think I got fair deal on the car.I needed new car immediately due to my situation and the dealership delivered the car to me in 24 hours. The car was delivered nice and clean. This was my first Acura so Wallace took his time to show me different features of the car. He was available afterwards to answer questions via text. I had good experience with Wallace and Acura of North Toronto. When the time comes to get another Acura I will definitely call Wallace to do another deal. Thank you.

After visiting many dealerships, we bought a 2017 Mazda CX-3 from here. A special mention to Eric Zhou, the salesman who helped us close the deal - would highly recommend doing business with him as he is honest, patient, and super-friendly. Been a week since our purchase, and we are very happy with it.
The pre-owned sales manager, Ali Naqvi, let us down. We called him two days after we received our Acura RDX from him - telling him that we had an error message on our infotainment centre. Basically it would no longer play music… We bought an Acura certified pre-owned RDX Elite 2019 with only 22,000km. Clean car fax. One owner. He asked if it was doing it still and we said no so he said to just monitor it and let him know if it happens again. He said that he had spoken to his technicians and they didn’t give him any advice. We searched the Internet and apparently there was a Service Bulletin for the infotainment centre that should’ve been performed earlier this year that FIXES THIS EXACT PROBLEM!!! We took our car to another Acura dealer and their service people looked after us tremendously. They immediately knew what the problem was and they had the parts for the service bulletin. They were able to complete it while we waited. Warning to people buying Acura RDX 2019 cars 2020 and 2021 to make sure that the service bulletin for the infotainment centre is completed before picking up the car. …And get them to update the GPS while they’re at it… Awaiting Owners Response….. UPDATE: This car was so full of electrical gremlins and problems that we sold it and bought a better, more reliable SUV…
Recently bought a car from here. Shant was my car salesman . He did a really good job. Very nice person. Good at his job. I'd buy another car off him and this dealership again in the future !
