I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz Thornhill for several years, always taking my cars to the service department for maintenance and repairs. I am consistently impressed with the level of service I receive, no matter which Mercedes I take in for service. My most recent visit was no exception; the service associate, John, was extremely helpful in communicating what was necessary for my car and providing top-notch service. One of the things that I particularly appreciate about this dealership is the convenient shuttle service they offer. If the shuttle is not running, they will even arrange a taxi or Uber for me. Additionally, they always provide a complimentary car wash after each service, which is a nice touch. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with complimentary coffee available. The washrooms are also clean and located upstairs. Furthermore, the sales floor is very bright and inviting, with a great selection of cars to view and purchase. I've always been impressed by the selection they have and if I were to purchase a new car I would definitely buy from this dealership. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz Thornhill for anyone in the market for a new or pre-owned Mercedes, or for anyone in need of service for their current Mercedes. I will continue to use this dealership for all of my car-related needs in the future.

Just got the car serviced here today. All amazing driving experience comes back. I feel I need to share my experience with you. First I want to say thank you to Mr. John. He first found out my tires were worn out which cause humming noise during driving. This bothered me a lot. Secondly he recommended prepaid service which it saved me a bit. He is also very patient to answer all my questions. So I’m very pleased with the service here and thank you John again. I hope everyone will have the same experience here!
We had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with Matthew Lau. Matthew made the entire experience very smooth. Matthew found us the exact spec for the vehicle we wanted, and got it delivered to us in under a month—Mercedes-Benz Markham estimated at least a year before delivery, and they could've even guarantee their pricing. I would highly recommend asking for Matthew Lau at Mercedes-Benz Thornhill if you want a transparent, simple, and honest transaction.

Our car recently had the check-engine light come on and was in limp mode. We contacted John De Santis, our service advisor for many years, who had our car assessed and fixed promptly. He sourced the necessary parts and had our car running smoothly in less than a day. We greatly appreciate his help. During such difficult times with all sorts of things on back order and supply chain issues, we are grateful for his help and kindness. Thank you once again John!
I brought my 2020 C43 in for an AC Diagnostic as my AC was not blowing properly on the passenger side. I had booked my appointment for 9AM on a monday. I had received periodic text messages from Mercedes to remind me of my appointment. However, when I got there the two systems were not communicating properly.. I spoke with one of the greeters in the service area and in their system they could not see me. However on the master system i was showing up. The text messages indicated to check in online which I did, but again the systems for the online cloud and what was in the system wasn't showing the same things. They had set me up with an advisor after 15-20 minutes Eddie Len, he took down my information and had me wait in the lounge until we could go inspect the vehicle together. I waited about 10 minutes and we walked over to my vehicle in the service area and I explained to him the issues I was having. Eddie had explained that the diagnostic would be around $350 or so, it could be a small leak but he would need the vehicle for 2-3 days. I obliged and Eddie had set me up with a shuttle to head back home. Eddie texted me and gave me updates as to what was happening, explaining that the work being completed would be covered under warranty. He gave me a timeline that it would be done on Wednesday. Wednesday came by and I received a message from Eddie, letting me know the vehicle was completed and to give him an address and time so they can have a shuttle ready for me to come pick up my vehicle. When I went to pick up my vehicle, they had done an exterior wash and also vacuumed the interior. I would definitely recommend dealing with Mercedes Thornhill and Eddie Len again.
Recently I bought a nice car from this location, It is a Certified used vehicle but in excellent condition like new. I am very happy with it . Went in for a scheduled replacement of emissions parts as part of a class-action on the BlueTec models. The quoted time is 4-8 hours based on Mercedes' own paperwork. I get to the dealership Friday at 8am, was told that I can expect the car back Tuesday around noon. Was told this was because there was another steering bolt recall that should be done. I did not plan to be out of a vehicle longer than the one business day. Not offered any explanation as to why the required time was longer than initially told when booking the appointment. Was told that even if only the emissions parts were replaced as initially planned, the estimated time was still Tuesday at noon. Did not get offered a loaner either - if fact, they refused to give me one for the miscommunication. I actually overheard another client getting a loaner for an A service The steering bolt apparently was a safety recall. I wasn't fond of simply taking my car back on the road at this point without the fix to go to another dealership. I was previously offered a loaner for simply doing an A or B service at 3 other dealersships: one in Buffalo NY, another in Kingston ON and the most recent one in Peterborough ON. When finally receiving the vehicle back, I was NOT given a copy of the work order/invoice. When called for one, they sent me a copy which does not appear as the typical Mercedes' invoice paperwork. When asking the manager regarding this, they told me that it's their own type/style and that I should be sent the normal one immediately for my records. I still have yet to receive it weeks later. So much poor communication and competence at this dealership. I strongly urge others to take their business elsewhere. I have never had trouble at any Mercedes dealership - this was a shock to me. Very poor treatment from start to finish. Why bother when there are others in the area. This experience has made me reconsider ever buying another Mercedes again. Reading the other reviews from this place, which pertain to the service provided during service visits, resonate with me now.
