I like to wait on some things before I give them a review, especially a big ticket item like a car. In June 2022 I bought my second car from Willowdale Nissan. This time it was a 2021 Kicks SV slightly used with 5800KM. At a time when it was hard to get your hands on a new car, Mark dealership owner, Clarence, and Serf, managed to make it happen -- including financing -- in a matter of a few days. This included me taking the time to drive to Toronto from the Ottawa area! The Kicks has been fantastic, a pleasure to drive. We love the big display screen and being able to make apps like Yahoo music available through the phone hookup as well as other apps. No videos - that would be illegal. Good on gas and fun to drive, it definitely suits all our needs. We even got the Platinum Warranty which extends coverage to 120,000 km because the price was right! I usually NEVER get extended warranties. The Willowdale Nissan guys were great and I would recommend them to anybody.

I was in a car accident and had to deal with the insurance company for the rental and parts were delayed but John Lim was there with me the whole time. Excellent service and I was very impressed with the work they did on my car. It's like brand new all over again and I couldn't be happier. Stephan picked me up and drove me home one day and I was again impressed with the level of customer service. Kind, understanding, super helpful and professional. I had a flat tire and rushed over to the nearest Nissan, which was this one. I went in the service area and was greeted by an individual that started speaking my native language named Gabriel Ganaden. I would have never known an individual of his stature would be able to help me so quick and with ease. I highly recommend him if you need service for your car. His knowledge in the automotive industry is amazing and you can tell has worked in the customer service industry for many years!
