If I could give 6 stars to this dealership, I would! I took my 2018 Honda Civic hatchback to get my audio unit replaced (Issue with Android Play) and my bumper worked on. Usually, I would be really upset - a brand new car and something is already broken in it! Until I met Julius, probably the most knowledgeable technician / mechanic I have ever met. I was originally dealing with someone else but he couldn’t figure out the issue, so he called over Julius. Julius (poor guy) was done his shift but was willing to take a look at the issue for me. He stayed with me for over an hour to help me sort the issue out, an hour! We finally figured out that the whole audio unit needed to be replaced and of course, Julius took care of all the paper work and arrangements. When Honda called me back to inform me that my part had arrived - I immediately requested Julius to work on my car, and he did an amazing job! I had such a wonderful experience dealing with Julius, he was easy going, helpful, and super knowledgeable. Give the man a raise!! Thanks Sisley!

Had an amazing experience at Sisley Honda. At first had a couple issues but worked with Jo-An and she helped me work through everything and was incredibly accommodating. Great communication and management as well. Comfortable lounge with coffee and their team worked fast to get my car serviced in under an hour. Will continue to come here for future car services!

I've been taking my car to Sisley Honda since 2005 and the service I've received here has always been the absolute best! My wife has a Mazda and I've tried 3 other Mazda dealership and I always felt like "just another client" there. At Sisley they always make me feel like family. Specifically Konrad Fernandez and Cathy at Service. Hands down the best people to work with.
Sisley has been so good to me that I purchased a new Honda CR-V from them primarily so I would be able to take it to Konrad for servicing. :-)
Great dealership with great service dept. What more could you ask for?

I've owned my Civic for almost 8 years and have always had it serviced at the original dealership I purchased it at (which I will leave unnamed). I always felt like I was being rushed through the explanation of what needed to be done, and that I was being spoken down to if I questioned why it needed that service. It was just a really cold atmosphere. So I decided to switch and bring it in to Sisley for my service, and they did such a great job! Johnny did a great job with his explanation and told me exactly what needed to get done, and what could wait. Kathy and everyone else in the cashier department also served me with a smile which made for a warm and friendly atmosphere. Safe to say I've found my new dealership when it comes to service. Great job guys!!

I went in to fix my car for the weird noise it generates while in motion. My service advisor was Sal. He did a very good job in reviewing the issue, ruling out problems methodically and addressed the noise appropriately in a timely manner. Folks are courteous and you get drop off/pick up very quickly. Would definitely recommend Sisley to any Honda owner for their service needs.
