Willowdale Subaru

I always have this love for Subaru so I decided that it is time to replace my 2010 Toyota Matrix. Since this is the nearest dealership from my home, I came to visit the place and Grace Long greeted me with glee. Very friendly and sincere person, I got my Subaru Forester in 3 weeks. I am a very happy customer and not to mention that I got a great deal from her. Today, I went for the first service and I noticed that some friendly folk is already waiting at the service area. I got my car done in half an hour, walked away very happy. I would recommend Subaru Willowdale for people who are looking for a Subaru vehicle. Overall, Subaru Forester is a great car and I will purchase my future vehicle again at Subaru Willowdale.

Dealt with Nicolas. No pressure and/or pushy sales....but a deceiving promise that was never fulfilled by one of the managers it this location made the whole negotiating process to end. That's the only thing I can say. If the situation changes through a miracle I'll update my review. Need to say that I appreciate all the hard work and patience that Nicholas had working with me.

I am very disappointed with the service department of the business. I called 3 times to schedule an appointment for a recall and reached voice messages! When finally I spoke with someone, I was asked to come, so they can see the car to order the airbag. I refused ! When they have the VIN number and owner’s name and address it should not be a problem!! In my opinion, servicing recalls does NOT bring a profit, so they discourage the clients! Called the Scarborough dealer and I was treated exemplary!! Now guess where I am going to give my business next time?

I just picked up my new Subaru. Well, used, but it looks and runs like new. This isn't a review of my car though. As great as it is and as much as I could talk about it, this is a review of Willowdale Subaru and the excellent care and support I received there by Grace Long. Grace was a pleasure to work with. From her very first email to our final handshake Grace was professional, courteous, kind, helpful and made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. She took time to answer all my questions and never made me feel like I was an idiot. No question was too dumb. She was patient, thorough and really wanted to make sure I was getting the right car. Not pushy at all and no aggressive sales tactics. It was a real pleasure. Thank you Grace and Willowdale Subaru!

Test drove a bunch of cars at different dealers. Then, CarCostCanada put me in touch with Taher at this Subaru location. We dealt by phone and email and then I went to the dealer in person to close the deal. Being prepared on what you want and how much you can pay helps make the sales process go really easy. Closed the deal with Taher and then went to pick it up a few days later. My experience was great.
